   The customer service was so rude. My gf asked if they had 'strawberry and cream'. She wasn't sure the name as she hasn't been here before, the staff need to be properly trained on customer service, i've been here a few times and everytime the customer service is always so rude

   The woman put me tea a big cup and no concetred after 10 min. The boiler is no inaf heat. I pay 3 pound for water

   I was disappointed with my recent visit. One of the workers (not Alino) greeted a dog and allowed it to lick her hand. Immediately after, she applied hand sanitiser but then went on to prepare my food. I understand that some people may be comfortable with dogs, but as a customer, I found it concerning from a hygiene perspective. It didn’t feel appropriate or reassuring to see that happen just before my food was handled. I hope more care is taken in the future to maintain food hygiene standards.

   One of the worst Starbucks staff members I have ever experienced. She added excessive amount of ice in my drink, took it back but instead of helping me she started blaming me that I drank half of it already and was smirking. Watch out for the staff, they are extremely rude. Took a picture of the drink which she claimed that she is just following the standards.

   This is a nice Starbucks based in muswell Hill on the Broadway plenty of parking off the side roads and the staff are friendly and attentive a lot cleaner than most of the Starbucks in the area

   I've been to this particular branch a good couple of times and I must say that the staff are very patient and amiable!. I would usually order the white chocolate mocha ( I ask for 2 pumps of syrup as I don't like my drinks too sweet). Lately, I've been ordering the two new dairy-free drinks on the block along with a cheeky treat ( my fave being the Cinnamon cream cheese muffin and caramelised biscuit loaf). Both treats taste moreish and they almost melt in your mouth but are not overly sweet, which I like. Lastly, I must give my biggest thanks to the Barista Maria who makes the best coffee!!!!

   Unclean. Miserable staff. Ice latte means a cup of ice with a tiny amount of milk. Starbucks generally is no longer worth what you pay

   £5 to add pumpkin flavour is too much, toasties, not great, add some without cheese? and as for uber eats muswell hill, ordered one hot and one cold, little things like this, sent me two iced, get it wrong it's just not good enough. not happy.
