Very disappointing experience – my worst shopping experience with Morrisons I am extremely disappointed with Morrisons. I placed a Click & Collect order three days ago, and even received both an email and a text message yesterday confirming that my order was ready to be collected today. However, when I came to the store today, to my complete shock, a staff member told me that my order had been cancelled due to lack of stock. This is absolutely unacceptable. What makes it even worse is that the employee blamed it on a “system error”. How can an order be confirmed by email and SMS and then suddenly cancelled at the store? This shows a serious lack of coordination and professionalism. I had high expectations from Morrisons, but this experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I wasted my time and trusted information that clearly could not be relied upon. This was my first experience with Morrisons, and unfortunately it was also the worst. I am very dissatisfied and will seriously think twice before shopping here again.

was at Morrisons in Five Ways in Birmingham, and I went to the fish section, specifically the discounted salmon area. I picked up one of the packs there, and at that moment, the person in charge of the fish counter came over. I asked him if these were the discounted fish. Without answering my question, he just said, “Why did you mess up the fish? You shouldn’t be touching or rearranging them.” I told him I had only lifted one pack and hadn’t touched anything else. But he didn’t respond to my actual question about whether those were the discounted fish and was really rude in how he handled it. I just wanted to say that Morrisons really needs to work on their customer service. The person working at the fish counter, who was wearing glasses, really upset me, and I’m not going to go to Morrisons in Five Ways anymore.

Dicusting attitudes from a manager in a large supermarket. When i called the manager after i have been left waiting for Assistant in purpose!! Even after i went and politely asked for assist as i need to go. The lady went all around to assist 4 or 5 before me and they came after me. looking at me with the side eye. The manager came with serious attitudes issue. Like he own the place. No apology or empathy. He make feel like move on and he said it, I havent got time for you. And when i said i will review the incident online . He said make sure you give us 5 out 5. Great costomer service. Well done.

Sadly it has become a dump. Since the Chain was bought by Private Equity it has become a cynical exercise in mining as much money as possible from the local consumer base. Fridges and Freezers are regularly broken and water melting all over the floor. Manipulation of Stock Shelves to attempt coercion of purchases. Depressing. It’s a Hole.

I HATED my experience at this supermarket. Why? Because it lies! On Google and on the Morrisons website it says they're open till 11pm (see pic). So I arrived there at 10:15pm and guess what, they're closed! There's different opening hours posted on the store front LOOL (see pic - both are the Edgbaston store). They DON'T care about wasting your time and messing up your future plans. Just another example of their incompetence. There's no excuse for it anymore!

Tidy and clean layout of commodities. Product variety is good. It seems Morrison has better customer engagement in way of in-store paper base communications.

A great variety of products. Meat and fish are best quality available in supermarkets. Good prices. Lots of options for dairy, fruts, cooked meals (refrigerated or frozen), drinks, bakery. There are several self-served machines in your way out, so the wait is never long. Recommended!

Wide range of products and services available. Situated at the edge of the city centre handy for local workers and commuters. The store has its own car parking, buses run either side of building and the Metro Trams now terminate outside the store making a journey back into city easy and quick. There is also a train station no more than a five minute walk away.

Good location, well stocked shelves lots of variety sells lots of things other major supermarkets in the area doesn't. Clean and spacious, with the best variety of fresh flowers and plants, always busy, though which I suppose is a good thing and one or two off staff are a bit rude, otherwise it's a nice store.

I absolutely love going there. Staff are helpful and friendly every time I visit the store.. that includes delivery drivers when ordering online. Shelves are organised and you can find products easily, which are of great variety. I also specifically love the new expanded self-checkout so no more long queue. There are always new offers in-store and in their App.
