   All round pretty standard. I don't really expect high quality from Starbucks but the averageness was truly obvious the time I went. Busy at a lunch time. The coffee was not great but thankfully not burnt. My overpriced match roll was verging on stail. Wouldn't be rushing back for anything outstanding. Great coffee is an essential especially for a high priced shop but I think Id rather drink my office instant coffee next time.

   I didn't really want a Starbucks, but was desperate for a latte and couldn't find many coffee shops in the immediate area. The raspberry and white chocolate cake was really good, and there was plenty of seating, which we needed at the time as well.

   Really disgusting toilet & the overall cleanliness of this branch was appalling !! Dirty used period pads all over the toilets and dirty seats that stank. Workers didn’t clean around cafe and there were used Starbucks cups everywhere. Also the waitress didn’t ask me what kind of milk I wanted which they usually do & ended up giving me whole milk which I don’t usually drink I’m not allergic but still it’s a tedious mistake but imagine if I actually was allergic ? Super disappointed as I love Starbucks hopefully this branch improves on the appearance & service.

   People were kind and nice place This cafe can contain a lot of ppl, so there’s pros and cons. Everytime I visit here I struggles with the long que of toilet. Bur the other things r all perfect. I recommend this place to travelers and workers.

   The building and location are stunning. Unfortunately the staff are miserable and untrained I honestly felt sorry for them. I asked for a slight moderation to a drink which is common and even an option on the Starbucks app and on Deliveroo. The woman serving me had no idea even when I showed her it written out on the app...she kept on trying to place an order for the original drink which I didn't want...none of the team were able to help honestly they didn't seem to be fluent in English or familiar with the cafe's options at all. I ended up giving up and going elsewhere. Disappointing as a very lovely setting and decor.

   This big café has two toilets and from those two toilets one was broken. There was a constant queue in front of that toilet. When it was finally my turn, the toilet was very much used, let's say. Not the best impression from a café. Coffee was good, as it's Starbuck's standard. The staff members working at this place are very nice, by the way. They stand out.

   Starbucks used to be about great coffee in a great atmosphere. Someone should teach this to the staff, I have to ask what is the staff selection program like? Really just the worst staff, they look like they hate their job with a passion. No smile, no thank you, just a look of distain and don’t even think about asking for something out of the ordinary. Just a terrible experience but still got the great coffee.

   This is one of the best Starbucks we have ever visited. Dio was amazing , we went inside around 2020 hours and he allowed us to use the changing room for kids , also provided milk for them. Thank you once again!
