   Ordered an Iced Toffee Nut Matcha and a Short Americano. The server, June, used an unwashed blender and got rude when I asked her to clean it. She took longer on purpose, and when I asked for a refund, she dismissively said “yea okay.” Another staff member Sue tried to help, but June said, “She wants a refund anyway, so let it go.” Very poor hygiene and attitude. The staff also looked overworked and tired

   Had the best caramel Frappuccino ever. I asked the girl named Aliya for some extra caramel as I love caramel and to my suprise she just overloaded it with caramel. Usually they don’t it at starbucks but this girl just topped it with caramel dripping, just the way I like it. Thank you Aliya for giving me the best coffee ever. God bless

   Bond street station starbucks. My friend buys me a coffee from here every morning and possibly 3 days out of the 4 that we meet here the milk is most certainly turning off. At first i thought they was mistaking my order for a vanilla latte however nope its just sour milk lol. I get the skimmed milk and he has regular and they are both equally as bad. We get there very first thing when it opens so maybe there's a refrigerator issue in the night. Quite obviously we should start going to pret but we like a good starbucks and keep trying our luck. No luck however. Avoid mainly on Mondays when it's at its worst.
