   On the smallish side for a Starbucks, buts it’s super clean and the staff are friendly, efficient and know what they’re doing overall. They didn’t blink at my girlfriend’s frankly terrifying list of specifics on how she likes her Matcha, which was a relief and in stark contrast to other sites! Maybe it’s a franchise thing!

   For someone that comes every day to this branch, it’s quite disappointing to have someone like the lady that served me today to treat with such disrespect, I work next door, and of course I get my coffee here, and when I came back to say that my coffee was not fully filled for a Venti size, another lady (G) jumped in to say “so what? you asked for a macchiato and that’s what you got”. I’ve never been unfriendly, specially given the fact that I work in retail, it’s very disappointing to see and hear this, as I feel like people like her don’t represent the whole team, and it’s not about making another coffee “just this once”, like she said, it’s about feeling welcomed in a place. The first server was amazing, very understanding and amazing, the one with the black apron, names starts with a G, shame on you.

   Typical Starbucks. Staff are relatively kind, work efficiently and get drinks & food out quickly. It can get super busy here, do not expect to find a seat at peak times.

   One of the slowest Starbucks I’ve been. New products (honey hazelnut latte & caramelised macadamia latte) are not available. What’s the point of launching new products but they are not available. Ordered vegan matcha Frappuccino but I Vegan cream neither. Had to wait much long than other customers as my Frappuccino was forgotten in the blender. Quite disappointed today with the service. The staff weren’t welcoming or helpful.

   I visited this branch on Friday 23rd, and there were a few issues with my experience. First, it was not clear which end of the counter customers were expected to line up from. This resulted in people joining the queue from both ends so there were customers (myself included) who had been waiting for a long time who were served after others who had just arrived. No member of staff stepped in to clarify which let this frustrating situation continue for 5-10 minutes. As for the drink, I ordered a latte in which I could barely taste the coffee itself - it was essentially a boiling hot milk drink. Staff were also not particularly friendly - granted it was busy but it would have been nice to be treated a little more warmly than an inconvenience to them.

   Today I was served by Bianca, great customer service! The drink I wanted couldn’t be made and she came up with a quick, tasty solution. Very good energy as she was extremely polite and welcoming. :)

   Only good part was the speedy service. No smiles or clear communication anywhere, place is dirty and shelves barely stocked. Received order wrong and pastry that was just cooked came out cold and undercooked. Really poor standards, seems like everyone’s given up.

   It’s fine but actually I went to the toilet and it was very dirty unclean. The team should clean it from time to time regularly. The trash bin was full and the dirty tissues all thrown around. Please care of that as this is unacceptable at all. Thanks
