   You cannot use the app to collect stars for months. I buy my coffee from there almost every day on my way to work, and it’s incredibly frustrating that their loyalty scheme isn’t functioning in one of their busiest locations. Additionally, my oat milk preference is very often forgotten, despite being charged for it. It’s lucky that I’m not allergic to cow’s milk, but it’s still unacceptable.

   The only place in London, Victoria, to get a proper cup of coffee to wake up and fire up your day! It’s almost an Iconic Landmark to Visit if you are ever in London.    Of the 3 Starbucks in Victoria Station, this is my go-to one. As the staff are always very nice, and you don't normally wait to long for drinks. I do wish I could get my gold level discounts when I go here... but even using my app, I never get the gold level discount

   pros: its warm and you can sit down. cons: They serve tea with the tea bag and then add the milk and there is not really a good means of removing the bag. They also don't ask if you're sitting in or not and just assumed I wasn't so I had to drink out of a takeaway cup. The banana and caramel muffin was alright.

   On a cold, frigid morning all hope seemed lost. The clouds had stolen the sunshine, the swarms of people flooded the available spaces. When everything seemed futile, a ray of hope lit an ember in our hearts. It called to us, like a siren out at sea. The warm colours, the cozy air - we knew we were safe - the Saint Coffee House saved us. Scarce of people, an old wizard granted us a wish. A generous, warm hot chocolate. The energy and sugar burned through our hearts and kept hypothermia at bay. We were safe. But no toilets :/
