   This Starbucks is convenient but poorly maintained. The toilets are almost always out of order, which is frustrating for a place where people often sit in to work or relax. The seating is tired and worn, giving the café a neglected feel rather than the comfortable atmosphere Starbucks is known for. On top of that, prices have become ridiculous — paying over £6 for a seasonal grande drink just isn’t justifiable anymore. While the coffee is consistent, the overall experience feels outdated and overpriced. It’s fine for a quick takeaway, but not worth staying in.

   It’s hard to compete with the Hampstead cafe scene. This Starbucks is exactly what an average Starbucks is pretty much anywhere, though it is on the spacious side. The staff here are friendly; my barista struck up a conversation with me in a way that most Starbucks folks never bother to do. Being the UK, the food is much better-looking than the inexplicably anemic US equivalents. This place’s most redeeming quality is its early open time, besting its earliest peers by 15-30 minutes.

   The drinks and food are very good I really recommend you all Cookies and Cream Frappuccino Caramel frappe with no coffee they’re so good the service is nice and caring it’s just that the place is a bit dirty and dark walls make you feel a bit trapped not for everyone. But I really like this place really good right next to where I live as well ☺️

   Typing this from here Starbucks Hampstead heat. Just made a complaint about a woman who is smoking E-CIGARETTE I spoke to the supervisor a young blonde lady then from the distance she looked at thar woman who is smoking E-cigarette and she said NO ITS NOT E-CIGARETTE! I answered back and said YES ITS!I was sitting right next to her and I felt the smell she answered again OK I can go speak to her..she could clearly see from the distance it's not a football field:) clearly the customer woman is smoking cigarette you can see it on her mouth its not a lollipop god sake!! So the results is nothing been done about it!! Plus not against homeless people but this Branch is a heaven for Homeless people. Inside of the store it really does smell stink I suggest you that if you are thinking to have a cup of coffee ☕️ and work on with your lap top hours hours than all I can say forget it! AVOID!! Ps.Majority members are staff generally very helpful though.

   Cozy atmosphere, clean and organised shop but staff should be trained a bit better. Asked for a small late and strawberry acai with some pastries .I said eat in but they were put in take away bags and no writings on the cups so me and another customer were confused which latte is which since she asked for almond milk. We had to call a member of staff to end the confusion. They should go back to asking for names and writing on the cups . In general my visit was lovely apart from the little confusion, everything else was great. Please add a bin in the shop.

   Absolutely terrible service, from an assistant who clearly didn't want to be there and seemed annoyed about it? Girl who made the drink was pleasant enough it's just a shame that instead of a Chai latte and latte we were just served luke warm milk with a hint of flavouring. Please don't waste your money here, either go to another coffee shop or even venture into the hospital and get one there. Even that is preferable. For the price you pay, its just not worth it and is a joke to the name Starbucks tbh.

   The Franchise owner should re-train the STAFF. Yesterday was the the first time how irresponsible after I gave ordered online, I already waited for my drink inside the shop, 10 minutes past the staff was also standing the the counter and the drink was there is ready but not even try to call the customers name just like what other Starbucks branch does. Here in Southend, the staff are all miserable. I don’t think they knew what exactly what they are supposed to do and their responsibilities. As much as possible I rather go to other Starbucks branch and avoid to encounter these staff which affects your energy the whole day. These was my 2nd unpleasant experience in this branch. Waley.
