I have been a regular customer in Angel branch for a few years now. Always been happy with the service and quality of drinks. It’s always a nice atmosphere and welcoming smile from staff. The upstairs area is ancie spot to work or just relax.
Quite a decent cafe I must say. Clean oh yes . Tried a flat white which was good as well. The staff here is also good
Probably the grubbiest Starbucks I've ever been to. If I could upload a photo here, I would. 11 am on a Tuesday, and it's clear, this did not all appear this morning
Stolen gloves and beanies in the place, in front of the cashier. But they saw nothing!!!
I love this Starbucks, the staff are always lovely but the manager is so horrible to his staff. The way he asks them to do tasks is disgusting, im always greeted by great staff but this guy is awful!
The drink was cold even I asked kindly to do it extra hot. Dirty toilet, the staff was unfriendly. The worst Starbucks shop. WiFi never works. I also don't get why they had to lock the toilet. No respect for such individuals. I also ordered food & the sandwiches was expired then I showed them the date & he said that we can’t do anything because you need to tell me at the moment when you ordered the food. It’s a strange place, please save your money & your time & avoid this place. One star is more for this place but there is no option to chose minus star
I like this ‘tardis’ Starbucks, it’s one of my local Starbucks. It has a stimulating atmosphere and upstairs there are a lot of seats and space and people sit there for a long time. There are lots of plug sockets upstairs if you want to plug in your laptop or charge your phone. The staff are pleasant and cheerful. There are more comfortable seats upstairs than downstairs and they have a few seats outside if you want some fresh air. It is much bigger inside than it looks from the outside. The only snag is that you need to watch the step upstairs, I’ve been caught outside a few times. Also, watch the stairs because they are very steep, I’ve seen a young lady fall down those stairs. There are toilets upstairs but you will need a combination to use them.
