   Simply the best coffee experience! Starbucks' consistent quality and diverse menu never fail to impress. The clean and comfortable environment makes it a preferred spot for both quick takeaways and relaxed coffee breaks. Starbucks remains my top choice for a satisfying coffee fix!

   Not the cleanest or prettiest Starbucks in London but it is located less than a minutes walk away from King's Cross Station and is a good place to get some work done with plenty of single and two people seating.

   Abysmal. People were taking more chairs than were assigned to their tables, and staff did nothing when people (myself included) were left stranded looking for somewhere to sit despite paying extra to 'eat-in'. Wi-fi terrible. Food overly expensive. No hand sanitizer, and bathrooms weren't clearly designated. I asked staff a simple question: "how much caffeine is in this product?" and it took several staff members to consult the manager who didn't even give an answer. Only plus side was the cookies were lovely and there was one staff member - a large guy - who was absolutely lovely.

   Visited this establishment today approx 2pm, the place was filthy, tables not clean or wiped down, rubbish not cleared, toilet was filthy. Come on Starbucks, we pay good money for your coffee at least give us the basics, a clean environment.

   I bought a coffee and 2 croissants. It's not bad. When I asked for a hot water. I was told I cannot be given it solely without any apology and explanation. I used to work as a staff in Starbucks. They are ruining their brand. Hope the rest of staffs receive more decent trainings.

   The green apron said they close in 20 minutes, that's 19:30 today (20/4/22) Wednesday. Entry here says 21:00. When I asked why, they said they wanted to go home. And the other staff rolled her eyes. This is possibly the worst Starbucks branch I have ever been to anywhere around the world. 2 stars for the pretty standard mocha. Oh and they didn't have peppermint syrup today.
