   After being second in the line. I watch the clearly racist male European manager who wore glasses serve the non coloured people who walked in after me. Then when I spoke up he gave me the wrong order continuing to waste my time as I waited for my correct order no apology just an insincere “enjoy”. I do not even trust my drink. He needs the boot!    Exactly what you would expect from Starbucks; consistently good. Their caramel latte is a special, soft treat for any coffee drinker (I drink espresso). Bathroom was very clean.

   Usually pretty good service, always come here for my morning coffee. I am a member of the reward program too. Today I was there with 3 of my friends who’s visiting London. But this time when my app didn’t work, this staff, Sarf(from the name badge),was not being helpful, and made sarcastic comments. He was being very rude. There were no one at the queue so I’m sure it’s not because he wants to serve others quicker. Maybe he didn’t want to work on 31 Dec, but it’s not my fault making him work. And I don’t appreciate his attitude to me and my friends. I will make a formal complaint too.

   Staff really friendly as you would expect from starbucks. Great coffee as usual. One toilet which is a shame as everyone is queuing up for it. Can get very busy .

   Really impressed of the fast service. Baristas are really nice and welcoming as well. The iced caramel macchiato I ordered was one of the best so far I had compared to other stores. The place is clean and neat as well. It also has a great location with a nearby bus stop and it is just in front of the Borough Station.
