They just saved my life, and did it with tea! I just imagine the things they can do with coffee!!! Loved the coziness of the place and the fact of a philosophical discussion going on.

Long shot coffee. Coffee - 5/5 Flavourful, smooth and bold. The stronger roast packs a punch for when you need it most. The coffee has never let me down and I've been going for nearly 2 years. Service - 5/5 Alex & his team are always super welcoming and offer speedy service, even during those morning rushes. Atmosphere - 5/5 A great escape from the hustle n bustle outside. It's just nice to be in a true independent and be charmed by the laid back aesthetic and tunes. Best coffee shop in the area by far - check it out.

Longshot Coffee – Aldgate Review Atmosphere & Vibe (4.5/5) If you’re an 80s kid, Longshot Coffee is bound to trigger some nostalgic joy—Macho Man and Tin Cup posters immediately set the tone. It’s got a laid-back, slightly retro feel that doesn’t try too hard, and it works. A space with character, but not at the expense of quality. Service (4.5/5) The barista was attentive and welcoming, offering insight into the two roasts available—one described as robust, the other mellow. Both, in my experience, lean toward the bold side, which is exactly what I like. Coffee Quality (4/5) Ordered the usual flat white, using my own cup—taking the already reasonable £3.20 price down to £2.90, making it one of the cheapest in the area. But even ignoring the price, the coffee holds its own: • Both roasts pack a punch, with bold, slightly dark notes. • Velvety foam rounds it out beautifully, delivering a well-balanced cup. • On one visit, the cup leaned a bit sour, hinting at an extraction issue, but still better than many flat whites I’ve had nearby. Value for Money (5/5) At £2.90 with a reusable cup, this is unbeatable in the area—especially for coffee with this level of flavour and consistency. Even without the discount, £3.20 is a fair deal for a flat white that delivers on flavour and texture. Overall Rating: 4.5/5 Longshot Coffee punches above its weight—offering bold, flavourful coffee, great service, and a dash of 80s charm. It’s quickly becoming a favourite of mine, especially when I’m in the mood for something with a little more bite. Would I return? Absolutely. This could be my regular.

Long Shot Coffee is a true hidden gem in Aldgate, serving some of the best flat whites I've had in London. As an independent business, the shop focuses simply on producing fairly priced, quality coffee - and does it so damn well! Really pleased to have the store opened once again for 2023. Thanks for being part of our neighbourhood!

Very different and cosy place to drink and relax. A variety of coffee with snacks. Situated in Whitechapel. Very very friendly staff happy to help at the time above and beyond. I definitely recommend for any coffe lover to visit. Even surprisingly the price is cheaper than where I live in south east London. One of my top places.
