   I always visit this coffee shop, and the coffee is consistently excellent. I am very happy overall. Most of the staff members provide very good service and are friendly. Unfortunately, on one occasion I was served by a staff member named Ayas (I confirmed his name with a female staff member). His behaviour was not good, and the customer service was disappointing. I kindly ask the management to please address this issue and advise him to improve his behaviour and focus more on customer service. Thank you very much.

   Prices are phenomenal. They’re cheap. The toastie I choose was very tasty. Coffees were great. I needed to bite a few from the muffin for the taste to come through but once it happened it was nice. It wasn’t exceptional that’s why I give 4 stars instead of 5 but it was great.

   This supposed to be the "Full English Breakfast " for £8.. You don't get any sausages, mushrooms, hashbrowns or fries.. if you want to add extras hashbrowns £1 each.. tasteless food.. its a ripoff..
