My recent morning visits weren't the great! Girls remain on their phone and inattentive while taking orders. Management needs more focus here!

Best coffee shakes in London! Specifically Jubilee Notes, not other ones. I wish they were served full year around.

Absolutely love this place! The coffee is always delicious — rich, smooth, and perfectly made every time. The staff are just incredible: super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seem to care about creating a great experience for every customer. You can really feel the good vibes as soon as you walk in. Highly recommend.

coffee very bitter, poached eggs on sourdough not really poached and very underwhelming considering the price, the staff very annoying and rude, not a pleasant experience at all

At Notes Jubilee, on this blurry Wednesday, I was second in line, ordered a Cortado! They operate from Left to Right system: Barista Nr.1 (a Brewer) pulled an espresso and passed it on to Barista Nr.2 (a Mixer) who tossed it to Barista Nr.3 (a Frother) who then hand it back to Barista Nr.2 (a Mixer) again. Weird flow, I know. In the process, Barista Nr.3 got confused with non-dairy orders from customers before and after me, so my old fashioned real milk order got served last. Nice. So I unleashed my sacred haunt: I said "That's a 'dead' shot". Barista Nr.2 replied "Sorry, what?" I said "That's a 'dead' espresso shot because it was oxidizing on the counter for almost 2 minutes. No crema." Baristas Nr.1,2,3 were all confused.. After brief pause, Barista Nr.2 called me impolite, dumped the foamy milk in a espresso cup (which made it all look like a Nesquik) and then looked straight at me with her big brown evil eyes.. I immediately revaluated my life, said "Thank you" and disappeared like instant coffee. P.S. Baristas need to be sent back on training, preferably by Tristan Stephenson. Take a "Notes"!

I really like this place. Unfortunately I didn't try their food but they do very good coffee. I also like the location in modern Canary Wharf. I just wish they had a bit more space. Perfect for grabbing your laptop and doing some work outside of the office.

Having explored several coffee shops at the Wharf, Notes stands out for its consistency and exceptional pours. I’m also slightly addicted to their flapjacks; the date and honey ones are really good and sell out fast. Fave drink - Oat Milk Double Shot Cortado. Well done!

This coffee shop is always busy (queues out the doors!) at peak times which is always a good sign - however if I’m running early for work I do like to pop in to get a cup of tea for the tube as I have the time to. The team are always friendly and the cakes and pastries are presented nicely. Nice, good quality coffee shop just before you go through the barriers into Canary Wharf tube station.
