   I had composite bonding done with Dr Bal and I was extremely nervous however he assured me all the way through the process and I couldn’t be any happier with the service he has provided me with! I am in love with my new teeth!

   After falling over and chipping my front tooth I was really worried, but LDC staff were great at organising a last minute appointment and big thanks to my dentist Bal Sohal for doing such an incredible job with a filling so that the chip isn't even noticeable, thank you for saving my smile!

   My experience at this dental clinic was extremely disappointing, and I ultimately had to leave my treatment halfway through. I was deeply upset by how my lab results were handled — or more accurately, ignored. There was a complete lack of concern or urgency from the staff, which made it very clear that patient care was not their priority. The service overall was unprofessional, cold, and impersonal. I never felt heard or respected, and the communication was consistently poor. It became painfully obvious that all they truly care about is money, not the well-being of their patients. I left the clinic feeling frustrated, unsupported, and without a clear path forward for my dental treatment. This is not the standard anyone should settle for in healthcare. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. Trust, compassion, and accountability are essential in any medical setting — unfortunately, you won’t find them here.

   I had a very good experience here with Dr Tolani and Isabel. Going to the dentist usually makes me feel slightly nervous but they both made me feel completely at ease. Tolani talked me through everything and what to expect as she was doing it which was great and comforting. I also had a pleasant hygienist appointment with Michelle who was excellent. Everything was pain free and I am so pleased!

   On my way to the Dentist and at first I thought I also needed an Opticians. The reception area looked more like a bijou coffee shop than a dentist. Receptionist was so warm and friendly and this was replicated by the lovely dentist, hygienist and dental nurse. Once my examination was over the dentist explained what’s next in pain free terms including costs so I could make an informed decision. Next appointment is already booked and I think I’ve found my Dentist for life. Thank you all for such a pleasant experience

   I’m very pleased with my Invisalign journey. I approached Loughton Dental Centre in April to try and fix my teeth which had been moving for years. I didn’t want fixed braces and after a scan and consultation I was told my programme would take about 18 weeks or so, which has been the case. I visited monthly to check progress and am very happy with the results. Tolani and her team are very cheerful, skilled, efficient and accommodating. I would certainly recommend them!

   Lovely people, always put the patient first. Very supportive and professional team, kind, efficient and reassuring. I am really impressed with the treatment my family and I have received from Ibi, Tolani, Michelle, Suzy and Mariam. I would highly recommend this practice especially if you are an anxious patient.

   What a great dental surgery, I was made to feel really comfortable from the first moment I picked up the phone for an appointment. Booking an appointment was extremely easy. I saw Tolani the dentist for a check up, luckily no fillings. She was very reassuring and friendly and completely put me at ease. I also saw the hygienist who was a delight I came out of the dentist with my teeth feeling amazing. I cannot recommend the team at the Loughton dental centre more, 5 stars all the way
