Saturday 15th, around 1:20 PM I was in the shop at the time when an Uber Eats driver came to the till to collect an order. A man in the queue got upset, left his shopping, and walked out. Two ladies at the till then blamed the Uber Eats driver, even though he was only collecting a customer’s order as part of Tesco’s service. It might also be helpful if till colleagues are reminded about how Uber Eats and other collection services work, so they can guide customers better and prevent misunderstandings like this.

Delivered a loaf of bread that was out of date. Forgot the milk. No way to contact store to get them to fix the problem. Total crap

We go here every week to buy a drink while walking to Thurnscoe, but recently we have been followed by the lady from the till thinking we are going to steal something? Don't they have cameras for that? We put the drinks back and said we don't like being followed or treated like the kids are in this area. You should look at the camera and let customers shop and not scare them away? Not like you are going to stop anyone anyway. You don't earn enough for that.

Situation: At least 4 staff. 1 on till, 2 at back have a conversation, 1 going around the store. Me, at self checkout "your item needs approving". 15 minutes of that thing flashing it's red light & a que building behind me, for a staff member to get to me! At one point, the floating around staff member walked past, tried to get his attention, completely blanked me. Embarrassing for me, with the que waiting for me. Embarrassing for Tesco's at such bad service. (Als, as is well known, Tesco express, so prices are higher here than at a full Tesco supermarket)

Most items are ridiculously over priced, talk about cashing in when other shops are closed, this got even more pricey when the Covid started Feb/March 2020 ... Come on Tesco, get a grip.

They have never the rite stuff in and the staff are so lazy and rude when your standing at the counter for 5 mins for one of them to be messing around with lighters and another one stood there talking to her whilst I'm stood to be served and you have to wait to be served whilst there's only 2 staff on and there just stacking shelves instead of serving customers and then to be served the wrong cigarettes bec the staff are stood talking.

Nice clean shop, unfortunately the staff are like zombies, the only one showing any sort of life was the cleaner. It’s not a cheap place, in fact I probably won’t go back there because of this one reason. Example fray bentos pie in a can is normally £1 ish in this place it’s £2.55.

The store as been refurbished. It re-opens today 4/07/2017. It's ideal for local people I personally can't wait for it to open I love Tesco stuff there own brand is so much better then the other big named stores e.g.: CO-OP wayyyy to expensive don't like there own brands. The Parkin situation is a nightmare that's because there is a silly bus stop bang outside. Customers park out side the bus stop idiots
