As someone who has always been terrified of the dentist due to past negative experiences (at a different practice), I can honestly say that Epping Dentist is phenomenal! The entire team went above and beyond to ease my anxiety, constantly checking in to make sure I felt comfortable and safe throughout my visit. I’d also like to give a special mention to the receptionist working on Saturday, 15/11/25—she was incredibly kind and welcoming. Her warmth and reassurance made a world of difference and helped me feel so much more at ease before my appointment. Thank you to the whole team!
It would be amazing if someone answered the phone. I have found it quicker to walk the 20 minutes, and book the appointment in person! Funny how every time I walk in the receptionist deals with me in about 20 seconds!
My son was having problems getting treated for a tooth that needed root canal treatment. A dispute over his treatment occurred with one of the dentists but well done to the practice manager Gaye who got the matter resolved and he is being treated by another dentist at the practice. Well done and thank you !
Today I was treated by Mehwish and nurse Gallit to the most remarkable dental session I have ever experienced in my 77 years of visiting dentists. The treatment was absolutely outstanding in every way. I congratulate Epping Dental for recruiting such a dedicated and hard working team, they are a tremendous asset to the company.

Absolutely useless doctors. I don’t know where they got their qualifications but they missed 3 holes in my sons teeth. A month after a check up in this clinic went abroad where doctors fixed his teeth. Here they said everything looks great. Shocking

Awful. Can't get an appointment. Last year I had booked in for a filling - it had taken the best part of a year to get that appointment. When I got there they said the receptionist had only booked me a 15 min appointment and they can't give me a filling. They put a temporary one in which came out a few days later. No follow up. Now my tooth is really painful. I have been trying to get an appointment. The phone rings out. Receptionist I just spoke to has a serious attitude problem and just put the phone down on me because I asked to speak to the practice manager. I would avoid at all costs.
Came to the dentist after a long time and was put to ease by the dental nurse ayla immediately. Who was really friendly and calm. She really made me laugh and got me through my treatments with y dentist with such ease.
