   My wife who has very good taste goes here while I'm taking the kids to MD's. Fabulous food as always. They seem to be firing on all cylinders after their battles with the hackers. We'll done M&S.

   The menswear department doesn't sell suits and if you forget to pay for parking you're automatically slapped with a £100 fine. Go to Merry Hill instead, parking is free and they have more choice.

   I’ve just popped in for a coffee and cake. The coffee was good but the cake was absolutely terrible. A very dry inedible cherry and almond sponge that I returned to the till. Oh dear was the response! Crossing the cafe here off my list to call into for a quick cuppa.

   Spent 30 minutes sat in the cafe watching the lady working the tables not wipe a single table down. Cloth and spray clearly in sight and available. Standing next to it looking for trays to collect. Watching people sit down at tables not knowing they've not been cleaned. Poor infection control

   Extremely pleased with the service received from Sarah at M&S Kidderminster. I had a faulty item delivered and took it to another store who were unable to help but Sarah took the time to call head office to sort it out. Very grateful for excellent service.

   Beware. Visiting the cafe can be very frustrating. Although it purports to be open until 5pm weekdays very often, like today, it closes early. Today - 4pm. Always the same excuse - shortage of staff. No advance notice. So be careful. You may be wasting your parking fee.
