They cater especially for the elderly by helping with groceries drop offs and make the shopping experience superbly smooth sailing. I would like to give a personal mention to a sales lady named Humaira, she is friendly, attentive and caring towards myself and all customers.    "Highly recommend Alhalal Supermarket on Great Horton Road! The staff is friendly especially the lady Humaira on the till is very helpful, and the store has a wide selection of products, including halal meats and international groceries. The prices are very reasonable, and the store is always clean and well-organized. I've found everything I need here, from spices to fresh produce. Great service and great value for money

   I have a few shops nearby but this is my go to one. It really does have everything you need. The store is always clean, well stocked and organised which makes shopping so easy. The customer service is excellent, everyone is friendly, polite and genuinely helpful. I often visit with my 2 year-old and Raiba, who is usually at the tills, is always so kind, sweet and patient. She goes out of her way to make customers feel welcome and it’s those little touches that make such a difference. A brilliant store with a lovely atmosphere, highly recommended!

   Meat Counter always has a smell to it and have seen workers using dirty clothes to wipe the counter where they cut the meat etc. Wouldn't buy meat from here but the grocery side is okay and isn't too bad. Can get quite busy at rush hour times and can get crowded

   I agree with some of the customers as I went to buy food which was on offer but when I went got to the till I was being charged full price for it, I disputed & the other customers at the till behind me even said to the cashier that they also knew the food was on offer but she said she couldn't give them to me at that price, I rang the manager Mohammed khan & complained to him about it, he put a fake act on & said this shouldn't of happened & the next time i went shopping at Al Halal I should ring him & he will give me the same food on the offer price even if the offer had finished & that's what I did when I went Shopping next time but Mr Khan said it was never on offer at the price I had told him about, I told him I had proof of the picture of the price but then after that he didn't answer my calls, and never replied to my messages either. Dishonest person!

   I don’t know what has happened to al halal’s customer service as today this lady Shabana was watching youtube on her phone while sat on the till. This was around 5pm .I have always seen her wondering around singing ,laughing and sometimes dancing while it’s busy and only one till is open. Couple of weeks ago my auntie asked her to open the till and serve her as she was wondering around as usual she refused by saying OH ITS NOT THAT BUSY in her Gujarati accent and had a face on. All of my family and friends come to this store for their grocery shopping and we haven’t seen any other cashier doing such things. The old lady in the morning and niqabi works really well as they both are on the tills working all the time and others are chilling and dancing around. I mean it’s also not fair on them. i’ve tried to get in touch with the owner but he was not in and forget the managers they are way too busy for this.if this continues we will stop coming to this store. I’m sure Im not the only one whos had such a bad experience with her i’m 100% sure that other people have noticed that too. p.s gonna copy and paste on their other pages too .
