Emily was very rude.. she never asked to scan our app and when we asked her to scan it she just said she couldn’t as we had already paid and walked away from the window. She had no customer service skills at all and looked miserable… whatever happened to service with a smile.
For the Starbucks inside the service station, there’s poor service and untrained staff. It seems they don’t know which drink is which, twice now I have received a drink I didn’t order. The drinks themselves don’t taste like regular Starbucks & they seem to be missing a lot of ingredients. The staff are very unorganised & rather rude. If you want a drink, I would recommend the Starbucks outside the service station or going elsewhere.

Good place. Better than sitting next door in the service area. Has both drive through and the sit in option. It is possible to walk from Starbucks over to the main service area if you want to. No complaints. Will stop here again.
Very nice staff, patient and accomodating. drinks and food always good. Calming background music. LOVE the decor. 3 star due to lounge area being dirty.
Good coffee, seems same price and cosy seating area. Friendly staff who seem to take a pride in the place. Clean and well cared for. Quick service and prompt cleaning of tables. Good place to take a break.
