The receptionist “Julie” is such a lively, helpful and lovely lady the care me and my daughter had received was super amazing our dentist was Dr.Vince and I was very happy with his treatment and advice he gave me and my daughter. I have never had a dentist sit there and take the time to explain treatment the way he did. His nurse Mahro was very helpful made me feel at ease and was very friendly. Reception waiting time is minimal, best to book online first for any kind of consultation or procedures.
I've been taking my children to this dental practice for routine check ups for a few years now, we've always received excellent service here. Unfortunately my son has been needing frequent treatment and check ups for the past 4 months due to trauma to his tooth and the team at the surgery have really gone above and beyond to make sure he is as comfortable as possible. They always fit us in whenever we need an emergency appointment. Dr. Ravi is amazing, he always puts my son at ease, explains what needs to be done and he is happy to answer any questions we have. Julie on the front desk is lovely, very friendly and helpful. I am grateful to the team for all their efforts and for making these past few months a little less stressful!

My Dentist Dr Ravi Dutt is very professional and talks you through everything he is doing and makes you feel at ease . Always allow me to discuss any questions and provide a lovely service. Staff are lovely at the dentist. The receptionist Julie is very lovely, helpful and efficient in her work. Rav, my dentist is wonderful. He makes you feel at ease , as he is working he tells you what he's going to do first. The conversation doesn't make me feel tense or uneasy. All the staff make you feel comfortable to be there. I would definitely recommend this dentist to all the people I know.
My 7 year old son had a terrible toothache over the weekend and I phoned the practise Monday morning. The friendly reception team gave me an appointment for him in under 48 hours. Today my son had one of his baby tooth extracted (almost a molar tooth). Dr Ravi is simply amazing, he made me feel at ease that my son can handle the entire procedure. I was given enough information prior to asking if I really want to proceed with the extraction as my son never had an anaesthesia before. In minutes, without any tears, the extraction has been completed. Extremely satisfied with Dr Ravi’s quality of work and he connected well with my son, which made a big difference. Well done to everyone in the practise! Will highly recommend to friends, families and associates.
