   My builder recommended them, and I'd used them before too. Paul did a great design, then tweaked it as I wanted. They delivered on time. One damaged item was replaced by them, delivered to my door within a couple of hours. Great service, great result.

   Appalling customer service from the redditch branch. Lady with attitude tutting huffing and puffing bcos we kept adding more purchases and was told quote “ you should’ve told me before I’m going to have to put it through again now”. The lady beside her was no better. She was moody and miserable. It doesn’t cost you anything to give service with a smile. We spent into the thousands but we were treated as if we were asking to have the kitchen for free. Rang Debbie and explained this to her. She told me mark the manager will call me regarding this. That never happened! I went in to the Birmingham branch and purchased the rest of my kitchen where they were so happy to have me as a customer. I will stick to the Birmingham branch from now on.
