“I’m super happy with my new kitchen & the overall service I received from this company. They did come recommended, & I wasn’t disappointed. From the planning & design stage, to the fitting & finishing stage. I was given a timetable of electricians, plasterers & fitter. And it ran like clockwork. The fitter Leigh, very competent & professional, worked on his own, & completed the fitting without any problems. The original sink I had chosen was not in stock when the time came for fitting, despite CI ordering in good time. So we had the next size up, but with no additional cost passed on to us. There was a delay with a replacement (very slightly damaged) door, but we were able to use the kitchen whilst waiting for it to be replaced. Only one small negative. A survey is carried out after the initial plans have been made. But we had to have a new electric board to bring ours up to the required level. This wasn’t picked up at the survey stage, so it was a bit of a shock to have to pay a further £1000. But I was told by the electrician that the surveys don’t always highlight such things. Otherwise, I was very impressed by the overall professionalism & high level service from the staff & the company.”

“Where do I start.... From start to finish Jason and his team were excellent! Jason came out and didn't just quote like for like but offered ideas to make use of my space. We radically blocked up the back door! We were well informed every step of the way and the team worked hard. I was expecting disruption as I work from home but they worked smart (so the electric and water were off for very limited periods) and tidied up each day. Friendly, professional and perfectionists! Highly recommend Plum Kitchens. You may pay more than other well known larger organisations but you get what you pay for and I doubt you'll get the service Jason and his team deliver! Thank you we love our new kitchen!”

“Efficient store to shop with. Parking right outside, store big enough to have a choice of items but not enough to be overwhelmed, size means you don't need to spend 4 minutes walking from end . Normally a choice between well known brand and wicks own and prices generally lower than other stores. Sometimes items can be a bit dusty due to the aggregates they stock and staff will happily point you in the direction of items you can't find”

“Have used many kitchen companies in Redditch such as Magnet and AK Kitchens (both also good), but Jon at Signum was always the quickest to get back with a design or a quote, and his prices were always slightly under the competition (about on par with Magnet Trade), which is great because Signum kitchens are great quality and offer something a little different to the "norm". Cannot recommend enough and cannot see anyone having a bad experience with them. Jon was happy rejigging designs over and over until we were happy, whereas places such as Wren act as though you owe them the sale if they take the time to sit down with you.”
