So, a very hard yes for the dentist and his assistant, the reception stuff is unprofessional and they made me anxious. Firstly the good stuff. I am neurodivergent and Carl, my dentist was amazing. He gave me a lot of instructions and information in a clear, good phased way. He was very considerate, to the point where he was telling me what was going to happen before having it done. For example, "I'm going to recline the chair now." "Feel this pressure on your gum? This is where the needle goes." "OK, 5 more seconds" then counting down for when the anaesthetic will be finished. This might sound silly but it is like when you go to the mechanic. You most probably don't know the terms and what they do to the car, but you like to know, right? It makes you less anxious and it makes you feel that the profesional knows what they are doing. He also told me before changing the things he was using "this is just vibration and water" or "this is going to sound louder, but it is not gonna hurt, it just sounds loud". He reassured me a lot as well, telling me I'm doing great and listen, when you're anxious and for the first time in that practice it means the world. I had a root canal done, all went great. His assistant, a lovely lady named Dori, she was so good too. Told me everything she was doing. "I'm going to put this bib on, is that OK?" At some point when I was laying down in the chair I lost my fidget toys in my lap and she told me "it's here!" And then asked me "Can I?" before touching it. Just great. It meant a lot, this consideration. Now, the not so pleasant stuff. The reception area, not inviting at all. I felt so anxious. There were people, both dressed like assistants and stuff but also people dressed so casually working the reception? This dude was in joggers and a sport tshirt and I was so confused why he was sitting at the desk. Some ladies that I think were assistants came in from outside with redbulls and stopped by him to chat and laugh, while all of them in rotation they were going in and out of a room that was close to the reception. It was so weird. I could hear people running up and down the stairs as well, which made me tense. The practice overall needs some care, some plants idk something to make it more friendly and relaxed, and better staff at the reception desk. No-one told me what was going to happen, I just told my name, been given a form but wasn't told what was gonna happen next. The most unusual thing was the fact that the reception stuff were not dressed in a formal way, but quite the opposite, which made me doubt the quality of the place. I will try and send this feedback to the practice itself.

If I could give zero starts I would. Worst practice ever .first of all the dentist filled MY OWN health assessment form and marked no to everything.i didn’t have any medical issues but imagine I did . Can’t imagine how many people have had serious illness attending this practice/ allergies . The dentist was rude also . Didn’t greet me at all . She just told me to lie down and slapped the glasses on . When I tried explaining the problem she wasn’t even listening , just lots of “yeah yeah yeah , huh , huh, yeah “. She also didn’t do anything for my teeth . I have had a really old temporary filling gone bad and didn’t replace that . What a waste of time Would never go again and definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone thinking of going .

Missed a call this afternoon because I was at work and they left a voicemail asking me to call back. I was on hold for 1hr30mins (it kept automatically cutting me off every 30mins), until 5pm when the surgery shut so I couldn't call back again this evening. Why ask me to call back if you're not going to answer the phone?

The dentist/orthodontist's are genuinely great from my experience, no complaints there, but the receptionists on the other hand. In person i have good experiences and they’re always lovely and polite, but getting ahold of the practise is absolutely infuriating. I have tried getting ahold of the practise six separate times for different reasons and only ONCE have they answered (after being on hold for 40 minutes), the other five times i’ve been on hold for 30mins - an hour. I work in a dental practise and i do reception as well so i understand the workload and the busyness, but everytime i attend the practise the reception staff are doing nothing from the looks of it, its so unprofessional and a pisstake to be fair. I am in open treatment with them but i’m never able to get in contact regardless of if it’s phone call or email. Again, it is not on! But if i was to miss an appointment with them because i was unable to reschedule, im the one who gets kicked off the practise ? These receptionists needs to be checked quick time because this is appalling and utterly unprofessional

Dr. Hasnain is absolutely brilliant. She truly understands and resonates with what the patient is going through, which makes the experience very reassuring. Her thorough assessments are great and insightful, leaving no detail overlooked. Highly recommended for anyone seeking genuine care and professional expertise.

From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I was seen promptly at my scheduled appointment time. The dentist who treated me was fantastic. Not only were they highly skilled and knowledgeable, but they also took the time to explain everything they were doing and answer any questions I had. They were gentle and reassuring throughout the entire procedure, which made me feel at ease. The equipment and facilities at this practice are top-notch. Everything was modern, clean, and well-maintained, which was a great reassurance that the highest standards of hygiene were being maintained.

Went there on an emergency they started digging around in my mouth and was very rough and started saying about how busy they are, They gave me what they call a “silver filling” that they didn’t tell me anything about it, later I did some research and it turns out they put something that is harmful to me and my body in my mouth. This is Just Terrible service and not friendly at all NHS is going down the drain

Referred to the practice by NHS 111, was greeted by a friendly and helpful receptionist despite it being late in the evening. Dentist was also very amicable however, the standard of treatment received was so unprofessional I’ll be making a formal complaint to the GDC! I had severe pain on the right side of my mouth but wasn’t able to pin point the pain due it’s severity. Pointed out that it might be as a result of a broken crown on the top or an appearing wisdom tooth at the bottom. Dentist then proceeded to inject with local anaesthetic, and simply pull out the protruding “root” without an x-ray! No pain relief was given or any follow up advice. I was simply told I could leave. Given that I was pregnant, I felt faint and almost passed out as I walked out the clinic. Paid for a private dentist today and after an x-ray, it transpired that I had a root canal infection in the bottom two teeth and the supposed “root” she’d pulled out was actually one of two teeth that were growing under the gum. The dentist advised I make a formal complaint about the treatment by the dentist at Colliers Row!
