It's OK if you run out of something late in the evening! We use it as quick fix or last.minute if we run out of something or passing on way home
I ordered some items and everything came wrong
Was just grabbing a drink on the way past. Shop was tidy and well stocked. It was pretty busy but the staff kept the queue moving quickly enough. All good. Noticed an ATM on the outside of the shop which is pretty handy.
I went to the shop today. I was pretty disappointed when I found out that 1 of my items was out of date bb 19th and today is 21st(it was not even from the discounted section). Obviously realised this when I got back home !!! This tells me that the staff are not doing their job and checking the items daily! What a waste of money and food. On my way home I realised I have paid a lot of money for my shopping having in mind I got some items from the discount section and started looking for the receipt and there was not a receipt in the bag. Obviously I had to ask for one but I just assumed that the cashier's put it in as she didn't ask if I want the receipt. I was gonna issue a complaint for the out of date product but as I don't have a receipt to prove it, I can't. I would not shop in co op again. Pay attention while you shop always look at the bb date and ask for a receipt !!!!!! Also very pricey shop.
Scam gift cards,I have bought the gift card from co op ,redeem won't work,can't even refund as I lost my recipe.
Local Co-Op very pricy, can't get what you want, not stocked up most times, always running out of carriers & it's been getting worst over that last 5 to 6 years BEFORE Corvid arrived on these shores.
This particular Co-op is really nice, it's clean and there is a large selection of products. The downside though is that The Co-op is expensive compared to shops such as Morrisons and Aldi which are not that far away.
Shop itself is good and would be 5 stars... You can blame the 4 star rating on me having to wait literally 5 minutes for an old man trying to reverse a Toyota Aygo in the car park thinking it was as long as a bus.
