Please turn down the volume on those self service tills. It's deafening when it's just yourself at til. When there's people at all of them it's a complete cacophony! Also please have people watching the the main til, I can't send serve lottery tickets, etc...
Alway found this store a little gem but recently things seems to have gone down. Also the way delivery drivers are handled eg looked down upon
The manager is absolutely rude, staff get reported and complained against for no reason, the manager gossips and says horrible things even body shaming customers and staff. Very unprofessional and should be sacked.
Convenient and well placed shop. Staff are really helpful. It can sometimes be hard to find a staff member as they are always busy doing something, but they’re still hsppy to help.
Get some sandwiches in! Never any sandwiches on the shelves. When you are working locally and want a meal deal on your break and can’t get anything. Huge area for sandwiches 50% full but only choices are : -Egg and Cress, -Tuna -Cheese & Onion. Visited different times of the day and on different days and always the same. You’d think they get deliveries once a week. Can’t complain about the staff though. They are friendly and helpful.
Was waiting at the till for nearly 5 minutes before a member of staff came to serve me, I think they were relying on people using the self service option but failed to remember that not everything is at this side of the counter so human intervention is required.
Nice atmosphere and great service and staff
Staff have always been really nice and helpful and generally has everything that is needed for the basics and more! Only problem is sometimes you are waiting at the self service for ages and nobody is available to help! Would recommend though!!

Nice little store that has a good selection of products, not a lot of frozen but large selection of wines, beer etc and parking outside store
