1. TS Property Maintenance ★☆☆☆☆

   Got fuel, paid at the till, went back to work. Now 2 weeks later, I have just received a letter from Forecourt Eye saying that I have not paid for my fuel as the transaction did not go through. My card was declined without me knowing and the member of staff thought to not tell me, smiled and said bye. Now I have to pay for the fuel and a £35 admin fee. Spoke to someone in branch who said it is now nothing to do with Tesco and only Forecourt Eye. Spoke to Forecourt Eye who surprisingly said there's nothing they can do, no appeal, nothing. Dosey staff at Tesco express just cost me £35. We live & learn, hopefully someone doesn't make the same mistake as me.

   Very quick efficient service at the tills also prompt pay at pump for petrol only quick service i side also good selection for quick pick ups / or cupboard essentials friendly staff clean and tidy would reccomended for quick shops

   Ailes inside always blocked by shelf stacking trolleys, cardboard boxes everywhere, empty unplenished shelves, poor organisation and product pricing errors. Staff are never managing the check outs, you have to wait until they decide to man the tills. Used to be an efficient and well run shop, now it's a chaotic shambles. Most of the older experienced and well trained staff been replaced by bored teenagers who clearly don't see Tesco as a career move, but a stop gap job, and their attitude shows. Only get petrol here, and pay at the pump.

   Went there to pick up a few bits and pieces. Got to the check out, only to be told the incorrect total for what I was buying. Turns out staff incompetence and poor management meant that they were putting incorrect and misleading prices on what they were selling. Tried to sort this out, only for the staff to not bother even trying to help, as they instead insisted I pay full price as oppose to the sale price which was advertised. Honestly, this store was previously my local. The other staff I met had previously been very pleasant and competent. Which is why I was pretty disappointed by how I was treated. It's not about money, but about the principle of the matter.

   I don’t have any problems with the food that is stocked in this Tesco’s but for disabled people it is appalling. I’ve reported this store for blocking their only disabled space over 5x in the last 18 months. You can’t see in this photo to left, there is two non-disabled spaces. Also parallel on the opposite side of the car park there is 5 normal spaces. I’ve also come across two disabled people who had been waiting over 30 minutes in their car, for help filling up the car with petrol/Diesel. That disabled space isn’t even a standard disabled space, nobody using a wheelchair would be able to use it.
