I have been seeing Eric at Hutton Dentist Clinic for several years (he is wonderful) Both the reception staff and nurses are exceptionally friendly and proffesional. The reception and in fact the whole clinic is bright, modern and very clean. I cannot speak too highly of them, must be a pleasure to work there - wish I did !
I have been a patient at Hutton Village Dental Practice for many years and have seen Adrian every time. Adrian is wonderful - he is incredibly kind and caring and has completely changed my perspective on the whole dental experience. I’ve had past experiences at other practices where it felt like the dentist was more focused on making money, recommending procedures that didn’t feel necessary. Adrian has never made me feel like that, and I truly trust him with my care. The ladies at the front of house are always so smiley, welcoming and helpful - and they’re always happy to have a chat. I was referred to Hutton Dental practice after a difficult situation at my previous dentist in Harlow. That one bad experience completely threw me off. It made me an anxious patient and stretched out the whole process of getting my tooth extracted because I was anxious to go back. I didn’t feel heard there. I didn’t feel calm. I didn’t feel looked after in any way. From the moment Hutton Dental Practice contacted me everything changed. My first phone call with Sharon set the tone. She made me feel like my wellbeing actually mattered. The way she spoke to me the care the patience the effort to make sure I understood my options and wasn’t left waiting in unnecessary pain. She called me back promptly and made me feel like I was a patient they valued even though I had just been referred over. My consultation confirmed it. Doctor Willie and nurses were brilliant. I have to also highlight Laura. Her empathy was real. She took the time to understand my situation and went through the calendar properly trying to find me a sooner appointment because my extraction was originally booked two weeks away. She managed to bring it forward to five days later and that made a huge difference to my pain levels and my peace of mind. That kind of consideration is rare. What stood out the most was how both Sharon and Laura carried themselves. The customer service was exceptional. They made me feel heard and seen. They made me feel understood. They reminded me what true patient care looks like at a time when it honestly feels like a lost art in many places. I walked in anxious and worn out from pain. I walked out feeling supported and genuinely grateful. Hutton Dental practice has restored my trust in dental care and I appreciate their professionalism compassion and efficiency more than they know. Thank you to the entire team. You turned a stressful experience into something manageable and reassuring. I won’t forget that.
I visited Hutton Village Dental Practise this morning after many years of avoiding the dentist. As a nervous patient, I was put at ease straight away by the brilliant receptionist who managed to get me an appointment within the hour. I saw Eric and the nurse working with him, both were great, so friendly and understanding and they explained everything thoroughly and sorted my treatment plan. I can’t recommend this practise enough, fantastic all round.
I can highly recommend Hutton Village Dental Practice, the service is impeccable and I wouldn't go anywhere else now, I have been so satisfied with my treatment. I have had treatment over two years - cleaning, sedation, several extractions, bone grafts, and three implants which are absolutely amazing, if I didn't know that they were implants then I wouldn't be able to tell and the fit was perfect first time. The conscious sedation is wonderful, you aren't aware of anything during procedures. My Dentist Andre is very professional and skilled, an expert, very approachable and listens to the patient, finding solutions, and striving for total patient satisfaction. The whole team at the practice are fabulous, including the lovely Receptionists, very friendly and helpful. I feel that I have been on a 'dental journey' and they were very supportive and understanding and with me every step of the way. I could not have wished for better treatment - pain free, timely appointments, value for money, great customer service. I look forward to being a patient there for many years to come. My wife and I have been patients for several years now and during that time we have had a range of problems that have been dealt with professionally, with great care and consideration. Eric is one of the nicest people you could have as your dentist, the staff in the practice are friendly and efficient. I dont want to reccommend too many people all I would say is we travel quite a way for our appointments passing many other dentists on our way. Need I say more?
