   I’ve always hated the dentist but my experience at Bryer Wallace absolutely changed that. The staff were all so hopeful and kind. I was booked in for an extraction with Yusuf Gadiwalla and was very anxious and worried about it. Yusuf and his assistant put me at ease the minute I met them and they both showed great empathy towards me. The extraction ended up being a difficult one and I found the process quite traumatic and worrying but Yusuf and his assistant were so kind, calm, understanding and caring and went out of their way to make sure I was ok and the procedure was very successful. Yusuf was also really available and contactable for all my after care questions and follow ups which I greatly appreciated and his patience with me was really valued. A few months later I decided to explore the implant process with Yusuf and 6 months later am delighted with my implant and how the process went. Yusuf explained everything calmly and factually answering all my questions and every appointment went so smoothly. Again he was always available to contact if I had any questions or queries throughout it all. I would thoroughly recommend Yusuf to anyone and wish all dentists were like him!

   I had all 4 wisdom teeth out with Dr Yusuf Gadiwalla and he was incredible. I had extraction under sedation and Yusuf and the anaesthesiologist were super calming and answered any questions my mum and I had both before and after as we were very nervous and they were super reassuring. All staff were super friendly.

   I had a great experience with Dr. Yusuf Gadiwalla and the team during my wisdom tooth removal. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional and made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Yusuf was not only highly skilled but also very kind and reassuring throughout the process. My gums healed amazingly well, and I’m so grateful for the excellent care I received.

   From the moment we stepped into the practice, we felt there was something different about it. The staff were friendly and welcoming but in a genuine way rather than that easy to see through stuff. As parents we were dreading the pretty extensive treatment our 8 year old daughter needed, but after an initial consult she walked away thinking she’d made a friend (literally) that was actually interested in her upcoming birthday party. The subsequent treatment visit was as a result less stressful for her and us parents are blown away with how much work was done, how quickly and with as much care as we saw. Kudos to them team. Cannot recommend them enough, especially if you’ve got anxious children.

   I have been having Orthodontic treatment with Dr Tom Macdonald for nearly a year, my teeth look so much better than I thought possible. I had a disappointing set of braces in my early 20s and thought that my teeth couldn't be any better. Tom very clearly knows what he's talking about and I am proudly telling anyone who asks about my braces where to go - he has been honest, informative and wonderful to me from the start. A reliable, honest and trustworthy orthodontist; I was referred by a colleague and only wish I had been introduced to him 15 years ago. Thank you ever so much. Additionally, alongside the orthondontic treatment I have been seeing the hygienist Sharn very regularly. She is extremely thorough, kind, and my teeth have quite significantly, never looked whiter. Thank you also to Sharn I hope to be seeing you regularly for years to come!

   I went for my 18 month review today after having lingual braces with Dr Tom MacDonald. The results are brilliant. I should have done this many years ago. I have made multiple visits over the last couple of years, orthodontics, hygiene, general dentistry and at all times the staff have been incredibly professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this practice especially Dr Tom MacDonald for any orthodontic treatment.

   Dr. Ektor Grammatopoulos is the best doctor in London I could find. I needed slightly fix my teeth, before I had already had orthodontic treatment, but some teeth went back. For me was important to fix central line between teeth and put all teeth on places. I visited several doctors before and no one said me that he/she is possible to resolve my problem, except Dr. Ektor and I choosed him. My treatment was during 6 months. He always listened my worrying and resolved everything. He is perfectionist, hard-working and really talent doctor. Definitely recommend. Thank you so so so much, dear Dr. Ektor!

   I had my orthodontic treatment at this wonderful clinic with the most amazing orthodontist Dr Indiya Sangani. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and beyond kind and caring. I couldn’t recommend her and this clinic enough. Thanks to her I managed to complete my Invisalign treatment within 14weeks. Thank you again to everyone at BW, especially Dr Sangani.

   I had an amazing experience with Bryer Wallace. Unfortunately, I was very late to the appointment to the extent that I only realised once the receptionist phoned me! Nevertheless, the team at Bryer Wallace managed to rearrange my time for the same day. I am very grateful to the whole team for making sudden adjustments. I give special thanks to Dr Yusuf Gadiwalla and Carolyn for doing an impeccable job for my tooth extraction!
