   Believe the hype. Very comfortable experience, seems everything is on a discounted offer (when we visited anyway) very good set up, big screen to watch your kicten being designed to your spec, including 3D and a virtual reality tour at the end. Any object can be changed at any stage in the designed process including up to fourteen days before delivery. All samples are on offer to mix and match to your requirements. The staff are very friendly, non pushy and helpful and understand sometimes we as customer's don't actually know what we want until we see if. I have to say the price (for us) came under budget (we was sticking to a budget) and we even included a gorgeous quartz work top. The process runs along...the initial consultation then a follow up to finalise details including dates, they then arrange meetings with their contractors. We are currently mid-way through the installation...as expected their would be major upheaval. What we didn't expect was the lack of communication, the delays and missing materials. Finally it's finished, Wren said five days...four weeks later and I'm snagging. Lining and levelling doors, missing mastic, fixing skirting boards, ordering socket screws that seem to be missing. Myself I'm struggling to find anything positive about the whole experience. I'm a person with a long background in construction and know you can't make an omelette without breaking eggs, but the just get it in, it will do is wrong. For the majority of people including us, is to one day get the dream kitchen... Cupboard is in the wrong place, 'is it's? The floor is not sitting flush on the ground 'it's a floating floor' 'I will do this, I will do that' no they didn't, no matter how many times i asked. We needed an electrician, plaster, tiler and a painter...Wren, we do all that!. The fitter told us, I don't plaster paint or tile but I've a mate who's an electrician. Wren gave an Estimate £400 for the electrical works that we described in detail. £1600 later and only half the works was carried out, the basic essentials. We changed our minds and simplified the works because we just could not get him to come, he arrived a week late...van problems. Messing up the sequence of works, now i was trying to fill and sand the channels he had cut with the cupboards installed. By shear luck I can across a plaster. Shockingly we have a large tub of screws, brackets, clips all sorts and three panels for god knows what left over. I feel only for my snagging, checking this and that and nicely asking be changed and or corrected i don't know what it would have looked like. The shame of it is the fitter did have a high standard but just wanted to get it done and move on, 'I've only five days' was the mantra. At one stage he was even going to leave our water stop cock behind the dishwasher, meaning everytime we needed to cut the water supply we had to lift out the dishwasher..can you believe that!? We compromised so much for them, we wanted the floor tiles removed, 'I've only five days' so we left it in and changed the flooring to suit. I explained to my partner before we got to the paying stage that their was too many warning signs, but she was happy to move forward. (Dream kitchen) Wren promise you everything then out source the work to private contractors, so you get what you get. Never again We still need the tiling done.

   Incredibly poor aftercare from the customer services team. No ownership, no responsibility taken, and no attempt to support given once they have your money. After reading below reviews I can see the copied & pasted response they use on all similar matters. I paid the premium that main dealers come with for the assurance that if anything goes wrong it would be handled correctly. That is not the experience I have had and I'm currently seeing no reason to choose Wren as a main dealer over a local company now. In store experience great, aftercare a total let down.

   We were really happy with Wren until it came to installation — then everything fell apart. They missed an end panel from the plan, leaving a cupboard with no support, and expected our kitchen fitters to build a custom frame to fix it. The fitters, with over 20 years of experience, said they’d never seen anything like it. We had to pay again for delivery of a panel that should’ve been included in the first place. The window trim they supplied was also completely wrong — it didn’t fit, had a lip that stuck up awkwardly, and even had holes in it. Our fitters had to go out and buy something suitable, meaning we paid twice for the same thing. Wren refused to refund any of it. We were also told the island would be rounded off by the fitters, but it turns out Wren should have done that. In the end, we had to fix this ourselves. When we raised our concerns, we were basically told it wasn’t their responsibility — as if we were supposed to know how to design and build a kitchen ourselves. Once they’ve taken your money, you’re on your own. Would not recommend.

   Vogue Flat pack kitchen in cashmere gloss We Ordered a Vogue Flat pack Kitchen from Wren in august in cashmere gloss and have to say we are so pleased with it. The whole process with wren has been seamless from the design stage to the kitchen being delivered. We did have a couple of doors that were chipped and new ones were sent immediately and when we came to fit the worktops we noticed one had a scratch right in the middle and the other had a chip. After a quick call to wren replacements were sent and with me within a few days. We would definitely recommend wren not only for our value for money kitchen, but there customer service.

   Design very good, quality good, all delivered on time. We self assembled and fitted, instructions for assembly certainly not straight forward,could do with a bit of updating, but overall good service would recommend.

   Used and bought a kichen from Wrens Kichen Mansfield . Steven Brown helped us such a lovely man . Very informative. Not pushy either and helped us sort out our kichen design . So would recommend Wrens and to say that Steve Brown was very good !

   Decided to edit the review as so many problems found, in a nut shell don't use their highly trained experienced fitters, as a result of this , wren have sent in their stand by independent home improvement service (who are extremely busy rectifying their fitters bodge jobs,) still waiting for a refund on the upside down boiler housing fitted by one of their highly recommended installers.

   Went here after having a bad experience with Wickes and a designer who didn’t care what we thought. We walked in to just have a look around. Nothing but incredibly helpful people from the moment we walked in. Once we’d looked around for a little while, Katie Start came over to chat to us and after 5 minutes, we were sat at her desk booking a free design appointment. The gentleman who came to our house (John) was so knowledgeable and nice, completely put us at ease. Then we went to the design and wow, incredible visuals and so many things to choose from. Clever designs and Katie worked with us to make our dream kitchen. Then when we thought it couldn’t get better, VR… we got to stand in our kitchen before it had been ordered. Brilliant. Waiting on delivery so will update but so far, couldn’t recommend more.
