   Absolutely amazing service from Charlotte and the team at Toners! Sixteen weeks exactly from us putting our offer in to going to collect the keys to our new home today. Nothing was ever too much trouble and I never felt like I was being a nuisance when I asked questions (I asked a lot!) We visited various estate agents within the area and Toners were by far the most friendly and helpful we came across and made our first home buying experience both positive and straightforward - would definitely recommend!

   I have been looking for a property to rent for a fairly long time; and I have a fully trained border collie. Most agents frown upon pets and I find that an act of discrimination and something should be done about this! With Toner Estates this is not the case! They have been kind and caring since word go, have helped me as much as possible and have been fully open to pets. Charlotte has been absolutely incredible and I really hope that my dream home becomes available with Toner Estates as there isn’t nobody else out there that would treat anyone with such kindness and respect. Full star review from me and couldn’t recommend enough.

   Brilliant service from start to finish. Toner Estates let out two of my properties for a number of years. I have always had really good long term tenants that have been thoroughly vetted. I have recently sold these properties and the selling process was just as smooth as the letting service, helping achieve a quick sale for a really good price. The communication, knowledge and advice given from Charlotte at each stage has been brilliant. This is definitely what separates them from all of the other competition in the area and trust me I have used a lot of other estate agents and had negative experiences with each of them. The most important thing that I valued was their honesty and integrity, which when selling or letting a house can sometimes get lost, as agents can tend to serve in their own interest instead of the client's i.e. advising in order to get a quicker sale for less money and less effort. This could not have been further from the truth for Charlotte/Toners. They are honest, hardworking and have integrity in representing the clients best interests. Thank you, it's much appreciated!

   Replied to emails really well at first about a property we wanted to view in stourport. Went to see it and we were the first people to view it. We really liked it so told toner we wanted it. Put through all the required information straight away. This was about a month and a half ago now and they haven't even replied to my last email nor have they let us know if we got it / did not get it when they said they would. Very unimpressed if I could give no stars I would.
