   We used Shipways to help sell, they were very prompt and always kept us up to date, Mo was really helpful he sat with us and filled forms when it came to accepting at offer, they helped in solicitors form and made us feel very welcome and listened to. Mo did a few of the show arounds of the property and was very informative, along with the other staff at shipways.

Used Matthew Gibbs for my initial mortgage a couple years ago, and have stuck with him (and will stick with him) as he is always on hand to help through out the whole process. Matt Gibbs was brilliant throughout. Approachable, professional and always punctual with communication. Its a long process when buying & selling and it was a great relief to know I had someone in my corner with the knowledge to support me and my choices and we got on very well during this time. Matt helped me to find the best mortgage deal with the best rates available for me & also helped me find the correct level of income protection.
