Really great service. James was very professional whilst also being very engaging and friendly. I haven’t had my results as yet but I’m encouraged by the level of professionalism and service and I’m sure that the after care and ongoing support will be there by James and his wider team if I need it.

YPC Health provide a wide range of services, making it a hugely valuable resource for anyone who chooses to make use of it. In my case I chose YPC Health for a blood test. The whole process from making the original booking and then having the test and receiving the clearly-presented results took less than a week. If I wanted further interpretation of the results I could take them to my GP or purchase an online GP appointment through YPC Health. James is personable and clearly very experienced medically, so overall the whole process was smooth and congenial.

Visited YPC Ilkley for ear wax removal this morning. Very impressed with the whole procedure from booking only two days ago through to the aftercare advice given once my ear was clear. I would certainly recommend using this Clinic to others wanting a solution to their ear wax problems
Had wax removed from both my ears. Was shown a video of each ear before, couldn't believe how much wax was present. Didn't think it would be removed in one session, glad to say that it was. Can't believe how much better I can hear now. Would definitely recommend YPC Health
Great service at a reasonable price - I would have waited 2 weeks for a phone appointment if I had gone down the GP route. This way, I had got rid of the problem within 3 hours of phoning! Very happy.

Took my son to see James for ear wax removal as he had been complaining of mild pain and a blocked ear. GP couldn’t see anything due to wax. James was very thorough and reassuring with my son. He explained everything and made my son feel relaxed. He gave advice on how to treat and prevent in future. Highly recommend.
Excellent service, booked to have ears syringed, everything fully explained at each stage and even shown a video of inside the ear. You pay per ear however if your ears are clean you only pay for the appointment. Very reasonable prices and got an appointment really quick. Professional, polite and friendly, would highly recommend.
