Seen very promptly and my issue was addressed sensibly and explained to me clearly with good advice on application of the nasal spray. Very satisfied, just hope it cures me now!

I have nothing but positive things to say about the practice. Since I got pregnant with my little girl and since shes been (she's nearly 2) they have been there and seen us very quickly when needed. Moved to Riddlesden 12 months ago and registered with Bingley Medical Centre. Can not fault anything, reception staff polite and very helpful. The Doctors and nurses are wonderful, I feel that there really care and supportive. I'm 59 and this is the best Medical Centre I've been with. I even told our neighbours and now they've registered. Everyone at the Medical Centre keep up the good work.
As someone who’s working it's always hard to attend GP appointments as I can't get time off work. But with bingley I can send in online e consults and quickly get my medication which is so helpful. The reception also offer telephone calls which works well for me!

An excellent accessible medical facility in the heart of Bingley. I am a carer for a disabled wife with a number of medical problems myself. Bingley medical practice is my first point of call for treatment and referral for my wife and I. The staff, both medical and otherwise are friendly and knowledgeable.
We moved to Bingley 6 years ago at which time we were very pleased with the service. However since Covid it's gone down hill at an alarming rate. My husband damaged his shoulder in March last year, and after numerous errors by the surgery we gave up and went private. Luckily we had adequate savings to be able to do this. But it shouldn't have been necessary if the surgery hadn't been so inefficient. I complained to the practice manager months ago who said they would look into it, and I'm still waiting for a reply or at the very least an apology.
