The facilities here are always clean. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. Screen 7 is perfect if you like the immersive feeling!

Watched the film on the 'Super Screen' which lives up to it's name. It's massive! The amount of seats in this screen is ridiculous too. I can't ever imagine it being filled but that does have the added benefit of not feeling too close to others. I have however knocked off a star as there were some inconsiderate people at the back who talked incessantly for about the first 45 minutes before deciding to leave. I appreciate it's difficult for staff to 'man' the screens but a couple of quick checks throughout the film wouldn't go amiss!

Went this evening to watch Rocky Horror. I'm disabled and use a walking aid, and the lift and downward escalator were both broken. I had difficulty both accessing and leaving the cinema. Was told someone would help me access the service elevator when I left, but that person wasnt around so I had to struggle using the broken escalator as stairs. This ruined what would have been a lovely evening. We should have been informed of the lack of disabled access prior to our visit.

The snack prices are ridiculously high. If the movie is on screen 6, either don't bother to buy a ticket or at least book the last row. Otherwise, you will be left with neck pain.

29°c outside and no air-conditioning at all in the cinema it was so stuffy and hot. Asked the staff to put air conditioning on and was told it's 24°c in the cinema so not hot enough to put the air con on. Avoid in the summer. Young staff couldn't care less stood around talking.

Four of us went to see what's love got to do with it at touchwood solihull. Unable to read sub titles. So don't go there to watch the film.

The cineworld at Solihull is on the upper floor. The cinema is clean and well maintained. There's a Starbucks in the cinema if you want a coffee. The popcorn and nachos are exorbitant though.

It is a nice cinema but unhygienic staff. I ordered a coffee from the Starbucks and could smell something of the boy who was making my drink, I could smell him from across the counter and it was not a nice smell! I was unsure if he was on Starbucks or a cinema worker but he had the cinema worker shirt on and an apron. He was being helped by the real barista but both were unprofessional talking about inappropriate things in front of customers (I was with my children). I was waiting a while. It surprise me that they allowed that bad hygiene in a food area because it put me off my drink and I threw it away. The girl with piercings who served me popcorn I found a blonde hair in the one she gave me and a hair in the soft drink lid. I notified a different staff member and they gave me a replacement which was nice but shouldn't have happened. I came upstairs and it was okay the floors clean and seats clean just bits of popcorn in some places. Good film and would come to watch again just maybe no food.

Went to see Matilda this evening and unfortunately a boy was ill in front of us. Staff were very reluctant to come and clean it up, after me and my partner asked on separate occasions, having to leave the film, as it started to smell. They eventually did... but only sprinkled bicarb of soda on to hide the smell before then trying to scrape it up with some card... which didn't work. A very unpleasant trip.
