Well some screens are too small , you don’t feel like you are in the cinema. And room was small too. Building is quite old but central at least ! And 30 mins advertising before movie start, so better to go late

I was really disappointed with Screen 1. The actual layout is very different from what’s shown when buying tickets. The screen is not centered, so the seats that looked good on the seating chart ended up being way off to the side in reality. It completely ruined the viewing experience. The theater should update the seating map to match the real layout.

We went with friends to watch the new manga movie Demon Slayer. Since it was an afternoon screening, the cinema was packed with kids – which is expected for an animated film. However, the screens were quite small, and with so many people the viewing angle wasn’t ideal. For a movie like Demon Slayer, where the impressive visuals require detail and high resolution to fully enjoy, the cinema didn’t really provide the right experience. The main issue is the screens: they are small and the image quality is not good enough.

Went to watch a movie yesterdey at this Odeon brand yesterday and what can I say. I was so appalled. The cinema itself is very outdated in my opinion. The screen was nowhere near as big as any other cinema I've been to as was the picture quality. Took me right back to the early 2000s and not in a good way!. The auditorium itself is outdated and the seats are uncomfortable. The way the seats are situated is at the same height as all the other rows. Therefore, the view is blocked by someone's head. I wouldn't go watch anything here again. Had not been for decades. Gladly I paid £5 only even then that's too much in my opinion.

The screen was not big enough and didn't give a clear HD print. We went to see Jurassic World Rebirth and the show time was 8pm and we had to be there at 7.45, so we did reach in time but the movie started at 8.30 and it felt so loooong wait due to uncomfortable seats.. However the sound was good.

Lovely cinema with good prices for films. Screen 8 has been the regular for us over the last couple of years and is small and cosy. The manager was very kind and helpful recently with me and my lady friend when the vouchers wouldn't work so much appreciated and recommended. Many thanks.

Was there to see a Chinese movie called A Guilty Conscience in a small theatre which has only 66 seats and actually I enjoyed this small theatre. We bought the tickets online so no need to queue to print the tickets sooo convenient, liked it. Staff were friendly, another liked.

For a central cinema this is proper run down, it looks as if it's not been upgraded since the 80s. If the staff were any slower at serving we would have been in the 80s. There is clearly an issue with the heating as every person in the screen had there coat on for the entire show. Great location but needs a major upgrade, staff also need a good customer care training session.

Went to watch Spider Man- No way home in January 2022 with my nephews and niece as it was a treat from their mom.Had wonderful experience from buying tickets till coming out of Odeon. The prices were very reasonable and the environment was very nice and peaceful.Loved the fact that its in city centre and you have an easy access to it.

A disgusting experience. “Odeon make movies better” is its catchphrase, but Odeon make watching movie a terrible experience with disgusting chair is the truth. Understand that the cinema can do nothing when audiences are enjoying a movie, hopes they would do something between screenplays. Not likely to visit this cinema again.
