Nice, comfortable and clean. Good selection of refreshments and ample parking. Only let down is the people who insist on talking loudly during the film and staff ignore it. When you've paid to watch it, it's a shame you can't always relax and enjoy it.

We watched Wicked for Good in 4DX 3D, its the first time we've experienced a full feature film in 4D and it was a surprise for our daughter. It was an incredible experience and really added another level to the film. Our daughter really enjoyed the experience and wants to watch more films this way now. We paid via the app and collected the tickets from the booth and there was no lengthy queue and the assistant who was new that day was pleasent and served our food, drink and 3D glasses swiftly, all with a smile on their face. I've not been to this cinema in over ten years but from our experience it's really improved and the lobby was clean and has been refurbished to a good standard. We would definitely go back again.

I’ve always enjoyed going to Cineworld, but my latest experience was honestly awful. When I arrived, I was told I couldn’t bring in my takeaway food — despite the fact that nowhere was this rule displayed, not on the doors, not at the tills, nowhere. To make it worse, when I finally did get into the screen, loads of people around me were eating their own KFCs and other hot food with no issue at all. So clearly the rule either isn’t enforced fairly, or the staff simply choose who to stop. Because we were forced to stand outside and eat quickly before going in, we ended up late to the film we’d paid full price for. The staff weren’t just unhelpful; they came across as rude and dismissive, repeating “no hot food” without explanation — despite the fact that Cineworld sells hot food themselves. It felt like they were pushing us to buy their overpriced snacks while letting others bring in whatever they wanted. Overall, the experience was frustrating, unfair, and completely avoidable. If Cineworld wants to enforce rules, they should display them clearly and apply them consistently — and maybe train staff to speak to customers respectfully. I won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

⭐ 1-Star Review Title: A Disappointing Experience on a Day That Mattered We visited Cineworld Wolverhampton to celebrate my daughter’s birthday—a day that held deep emotional significance due to my partner’s health prognosis. The screening was disrupted, and the experience fell far short of what we had hoped for. Despite explaining the situation to customer services, the responses we received were generic and lacked empathy. We were offered complimentary 2D tickets as compensation—despite having originally paid for a premium experience. This felt like a downgrade, not a meaningful gesture. We weren’t looking for compensation—just understanding and acknowledgment. Sadly, Cineworld’s handling of this has left us feeling dismissed. We won’t be returning.

Great film, comfy chairs, no disruption, a little chilly but that may be me. Only concern films that are a 15 certified are being shown on a 12A trailer reel. Not brilliant for newly 12 children.

Plenty of parking outside the cinema. Cinemas are expensive…however the cinema & toilets were clean, popcorn was warm & fresh, staff polite & helpful.

Massive improvement after the cinema was refurbished. The new seats are comfy and recline nicely. Sound quality can be hit and miss at times ranging from booming loud for one screening to super quiet in another. Ticket prices are still overpriced and snacks/drinks are financially out of reach to most people!!

Refurbished with a great new look which is bright. Starbucks inside is lovely and open. The theatre starts are wider and recline back with ease. Tickets are pricey so try to use Tesco vouchers or Three vouchers to bring the prices down. Advise to book online so your guaranteed a seat, downside is you have to pay booking fee for each ticket.

Renovated cineworld looks great. Very fresh and appealing. Screen X and Superscreen are in this cinema. Lots of parking spaces available however it can get occupied quickly. Lots of restaurant options too. Overall a very good cinema in a very good location.
