   Refused entry to film with 16 year old son ( 15 rated film ) he produced his college id and his college account that has his id d.o.b , asked about refund was informed that a refund would be available online not in store , on returning home to process refund this is not possible due to needing to cancel 2hrs prior to film time , loss of ticket money and wasted taxi fairs

   I like this cinema. They often show older movies and concerts which is fun. We just saw Rocky Horror and will see Jaws next week. I have a CEA card and it is easy to use this to book on the app. I like that they have early showings of movies so I can go in the day.

   Lovely cinema and friendly staff. I've been a few times and its always been a good experience, as usual only spoilt by those wishing to talk and go on their phones during the presentation, but the cinema does what it can. Only recommendation would be some sort of AC in the concessions area. The building design means it's right in front of a glass frontage that acts as a greenhouse. I'm only there a short time but the team could do with the support. Look forward to my next trip.

   Cineworld Telford It's noticeable that as you walk from foyer to film autiorium, the temperature freezes! This isn't good enough that cinema staff are warm and clients left to freeze for 2 hours plus. No wonder only two of us in Screen 3. Screen 4 no better last week. Sort it Cineworld!

   The machine you use to scan you QR code never works. The staff will scan you in though. A very good cinima experience. Reasonable prices, polite staff. Clean toilets.

   I booked in advance to view Avatar 2 in IMAX 3D, the projector malfunctioned and staff were clueless to fix it. Waited over an hour from the screening time only for the showing to not go ahead. As they only have one IMAX screen there was no comparable alternative to be offered. I was issued a refund and complimentary ticket but it's been a waste of time and money on the journey in and over priced stale pick and mix I bought from their counter. Over all a bad experience.

   Visit here tonight to watch avatar 4dx and it was amazing, the cinema was clean. We had food and drinks which we was served straight away, the only downside the pick and mix sweets was not that much filled up so there was lack of choices because there was a couple of empties.

   A first rate cinema with friendly and helpful staff. It is kept clean. The auditorium are well maintained. Slight issue with noise from other films from time to time. It has an excellent coffee house on the ground floor. There is a lift to allow disabled access to the cinemas. It is easy to buy tickets in advance online. They accept Meerkat movies on a Tuesday or Wednesday. The toilets are spotless.
