   Turned up without booking, only to find it is more expensive to book inside cinema than online, so booked online whilst in the cinema. Wine offer was 2 for £11, but still tried to charge us extra. Seats really comfortable, and the show "I swear" amazing.

   I would like to thank your very attentive staff for their friendliness and consideration when my friend and I came to see Downton Abbey. My friend uses a walker and needs assistance so I called in on Saturday to ask some questions and book our tickets. The lady who helped me and answered my questions was really lovely. When we came in Monday the young man checking tickets very kindly showed us to the screen and helped us parking the walker. He was very helpful and approachable. My friend doesn't go to the cinema often because of limited mobility but she will certainly go again now particularly as the seating was extremely comfortable too.

   All seats are recliner, usual food and drink are available as well as alcoholic. There is a Costa coffee and a giant millions pic n mix. If live close and go often get the limitless plus as this means everything movie wise is included for £20. Literally need to watch 2 films to break even. Car park is pretty big but if a popular film let's out everyone is paying their parking at what seems to be the only pay point. This can make leaving a bit of a wait.

   Great cinema, albeit with the obvious advantage of being reasonably new. Comfortable seats, friendly staff and good facilities on site. Excellent value with my Unlimited membership but still worth the extra in my opinion even if buying a one off ticket. If there's one criticism it's that you have to go all the way out into the entrance area to the one toilet, which is annoying if you need to go mid-movie.

   Even though it can get pricey in there.. with approx £15 a ticket, and a large drink costing approx £5... It does have a good atmosphere. Friendly staff and comfortable reclining seats in the auditorium.

   Extremely disappointed with the Hot Dogs cinema snack, soggy soft, it was obvious they were jar hot dogs and virtually no taste at all. For the price of hot dogs we expected much better. However the Isense screen 6 and recliner chairs were top notch.

   Super comfortable cinema with some good food options. Cool that they do pizza, dont see that often! The seats are comfortable recliners with little tables and lots of space. Not many seats per screen so it's quite relaxed. The tickets are expensive though, you're definitely paying for the extra little comforts with this one.

   The Odeon Luxe cinema complex in Telford is one of the best around in Shropshire. We were there for the opening of the new Jurassic Park "Dominion" as my best friend has the No.22 Jurassic Park Jeep used in the very first one and was asked to come over to exhibit No.22 at the entrance...along with the Explorer too. "Blue" the raptor/Velociraptor trained by Owen Grady along with Baby T-Rex were also present interacting with the families and children that were attending the first day opening of the Jurassic Park's latest film . It was an absolute delight and pleasure to have been part of this special evening for the Odeon Luxe Cinema here in Telford. A big thank you and shout out to all the great staff and management present on this special evening and for making our participation of it a most wonderful and memorable experience!
