   My daughter received very poor care at Spring Wood Lodge Elysium. The 3 month admission was totally ineffective, at enormous cost to the NHS/ tax payer. Zero autism informed care, very poor psychology input, poor risk assessments, no triangle of care. When I dared to raise concerns I was negatively judged for doing so and treated terribly by staff. Psychology staff were totally unprofessional bad mouthing me/ calling me unpleasant names. Consultant was dishonest and possibly incompetent, confusing ADHD with OCD. He also made an error with a prescription, then lied to cover his back. I had zero confidence in the people tasked to help my daughter. Complaints process not fit for purpose, a total whitewash, so my serious complaints did not lead to any changes. Spring Wood Lodge requires improvement according to CQC, yet management don't listen to honest feedback and serious complaints are not properly investigated. The complaints process has not brought us any closure. It has, however, flagged up dishonestly is rife amongst the people in charge at Spring Wood Lodge. But nobody at Elysium listens, nobody could care less. Profit over care every time, so incompetent members of staff who lie and provide poor care get away scot-free. Shame on you Spring Wood Lodge. You could have made improvements following my daughter's awful admission, but chose not to. You sadly deserve your CQC requires improvement rating.

   I'm deaf no communication I been there 2years some can signs but helpful mental health but not bother communication and physical health problem

   Springwood don't bother answering the phone and don't take answercalls - Tried 5 times over the course of two days with no response... I don't know if this is due to a failure in the automated system blocking or muting their desk or a lack of staff available to answer the phone.

   The last rating with one star was false as I didn't mean to press one star I was supposed to press 5 stars!! Springwood Lodge is THE best!! :-)
