   We are thrilled with our new DKD kitchen. Mary managed to incorporate an amazing amount of storage plus ovens, fridge, hob and even a dishwasher into our small kitchen - and fitted them into the very odd shape of our terraced home! My favourites are the waste and recycling bins and the amazing Quooker tap!! Particular thanks to the excellent kitchen fitter - Dean, who was so careful and thoughtful. The after-service from DKD has also continued to be great as we get used to the kitchen and ask for extras. Why didn’t we have a new kitchen earlier! Many thanks, Anne & David.

   DKD have just installed our new kitchen and we are beyond delighted. The quality of the work has been fantastic but it is the end to end customer care that sets DKD apart. First contact was with Mary who was incredibly patient and helpful as 'we' chopped and changed our minds on the design options and provided sound advice on what might work best for us. Working with Mount Renovation and Artisan Stone, DKD managed the whole project, dismantling and disposing of the existing kitchen, installing the plumbing, electrics, quartz surfaces and cupboards and drawers. Jamie the fitter and Lee the electrician were fabulous - nothing was too much trouble and they are ably supported by a strong team who demonstrably enjoy their job and working together. Their communication throughout was excellent, their response to any query was pretty much instantaneous including coming to site to review and deal with and resolve any questions. This is an established family company that realises it is in a competitive market and whilst providing the highest quality products has made customer satisfaction their unique selling point. Thank you to the whole team!

   We have just had the best experience using DKD for our new kitchen. Mary was a dream to work with, her patience and knowledge is second to none, the design is fantastic and so very practical and user friendly. Everyone involved from DKD was terrific, our fitter, Chris worked like a trouper and any small changes along the way were no problem at all. No holdups with appliances or units, a well oiled machine. I would highly recommend DKD to anyone thinking of a new kitchen. Thank you everyone at DKD.

   I LOVE my new kitchen. DKD were just brilliant from the outset. I found the whole team to be yes very professional and good at what they do, but more than that, friendly and tolerant of my endless insecurities and tweaking of plans. Putting in a new kitchen is a very significant investment, and I struggled to make decisions, but they were astonishingly patient in trying to understand what I wanted. The actual build got passed over to their partner Mount Renovation who were also outstanding.They liaised with other builders on site, and took away all the angst of trying to organise construction work. There were some hiccups along the way due to unexpected discoveries once walls started coming down, but the team came up with solutions and kept me informed at every stage. I did end up blowing my budget quite significantly, but that was down to me becoming more ambitious, as I felt confident in the work that was being done and decided to extend my plans. The designer did try to keep me on track. However, I have no regrets. I have future proofed my home and have many practical solutions in place that make not only the kitchen much more workable, but my whole downstairs space. My teenage self would be horrified that I could be so delighted by a utility cupboard that stacks my washing machine and tumble drier for example, and yet I truly am. On completion, you too will be opening and closing random kitchen cupboards just so you can gaze inside and enjoy the soft close features over and over again. I felt very comfortable with everyone who came to my home, they treated my property with respect, and were also willing and able to give ear scratches to a neighbour's dog who is a frequent visitor so passed that test with flying colours. I was going to list everyone who contributed in this review, but decided against, partly for fear of missing someone out by accident but honestly, because I think it is the whole team that makes the service good, including those you might not see. I feel like they care about the quality of what they offer, and are in it for the long term. I did shop around and in the end opted for DKD for the wrap around support and friendly, approachable and good humoured service. The Mount Renovation team become part of the family whilst they are in, I actually missed them for a bit once they moved on! I have no reservations in recommending DKD. You can't get away from the fact that redoing a kitchen is potentially expensive and inevitably disruptive, but for me it was well worth it, and has transformed my home. Thank you everyone at DKD and MR. You are STARS!

   Can’t praise DKD enough. We have had our kitchen, utility, pantry and a main bedroom filled by them. Every experience has been exceptional. From initial discussions, design ideas through to detailed planning. All of the preparation sees every detail thought of and carefully planned. Our master carpenter installer Julian was a true craftsman with an eye for detail. Working in a professional and tidy manner he went above and beyond to provide a great finish. No hesitation to recommend to anyone who wants a job with a higher level of quality and design

   We recently instructed DKD to design and fit our new kitchen and utility room and cannot recommend the company highly enough. At the first meeting with Leah, who carried out the designs, she took the time to understand how I cook, how we live as a family, what our priorities were and appreciated our budget. We were blown away by her designs and I knew we didn’t need to look further. We also used DKD’s associated building team for the required work prior to the fit and the two teams worked together seamlessly. It’s also worth mentioning that every person that came on site from the building team to the fitters were a delight to have around and are a credit to the company. A couple of unforeseeable supply chain issues were dealt with professionalism and understanding by Lauren who was so helpful throughout. We couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen, it’s absolutely changed the way we live and looks incredible. This is an example of how a company should be run. Thanks again to everyone.

   We are really pleased with our new kitchen/diner designed, built and fitted by DKD. The work involved knocking through a wall, blocking up external and internal doors, fitting a new window, installing a new kitchen plus fitted dinning room furniture. Leah was our first point of contact and she was thoroughly professional and helpful. She took the time to listen to our requirements and came up with a practical and bespoke design. She was very understanding and patient and was always willing to provide additional advice and visuals when we were unsure or changed our minds. She was instrumental in creating our recessed shelf behind the hob and floating chimney breast which we love. The building work was fully costed by Paul with no hidden extras and the whole team of tradespeople were tidy and reliable. The work was carried out to a good standard in a timely manner. Jamie our fitter was organised and efficient and worked hard to resolve any minor issues on site. Lauren, Rebecca and Sarah were great at managing the whole project from the office so we didn't have to and communication with them was clear and effective throughout. Everyone was friendly and professional and seemed to genuinely care about and enjoy the work they were doing. Our only real issue was the supply delay with our Neff oven which was beyond DKDs control. Leah had warned us about the possibility of long delays so it didn't come as a surprise. However, Lauren and Rebecca followed this up and kept us informed and we were all over the moon when the oven was finally installed. We are delighted we took the plunge to create a more spacious and functional kitchen/diner and are very much enjoying cooking, socialising and chilling in our beautiful new space. Thanks very much to all the DKD team for making it happen.

   We are delighted with our new Kitchen Diner. Mary patiently took the extra time to understand our requirements over multiple consultations. Her design made excellent use of the space. The building team took good care of the house. Nic's kitchen installation demonstrated great attention to detail, he is a true professional. The office team are well organised and took the stress out of having to project manage everything. Inevitably there were snags. These were rectified without question, no matter how picky we were.

   Mary designed us a fabulous kitchen that functions well, we’ve always had compliments on it and 4 years later the daily enjoyment and appreciation of our kitchen still stands! We’ve since had fitted wardrobes from them and recommended DKD to family who’ve been equally delighted. Mary has a pretty unique ability to understand exactly your tastes and style and she comes up with practical and innovative solutions on the spot that you’d not ever think of. We were fussy customers who changed our minds a lot during the design process and they’d never let us feel bad about it. Nothing we asked was too much hassle. Their builders and kitchen fitters were no trouble either. I couldn’t fault the service we received from DKD and would heartily recommend them if you want great quality at a competitive price.

   Excellent service, excellent staff and AMAZING kitchen! My husband and I are so chuffed with our new kitchen/diner. We had 2 walls knocked through, a new wall and door built and a new kitchen installed. We could not be happier with the whole process from start to finish. Everyone at DKD are professional, helpful and genuinely seemed to care about giving us the best results. The builders, plumbers, electricians, kitchen fitters, surveyors and everyone involved were absolutely brilliant and went the extra mile for us. I have never known anything like it! It all seemed to happen so fast too, which was great. Thank you so much to DKD, I would highly recommend using them and an extra thanks to Mary and Steve for overseeing it all. THANK YOU!
