My friend recommended this salon to me many times. Went in for a set of BIAB nails and a gel pedicure. Im very happy with how it turned out and will definitely come back again. Best Salon in Esher! Staff is so friendly as well
My friend recommended Haus of Beauty to me. I got my nails done with their new cat eye color and absolutely loved it. Everyone was so nice, and the atmosphere was great. Highly recommend
Used to be amazing, now rather disappointed. Booked for a shellac pedicure for 50min, was done in less than 30 - trimmed toenails and painted them, there was no attempt to try and remove any old skin, despite asking. literally took 10 seconds if that with a pumice stone.. to me that's cut and paint, not a pedicure , so won't be returning and will have to get redone elsewhere, a real shame as this used to be such a wonderful place with great attention to detail
First time using the salon, I had manicure, pedicure, eye brow wax and tint and waxing. The manicure and pedicure were lovely. Laura did a great job, and I love the way it looks and the experience. The eye brows looked good, however, the lady doing eye brows and waxing had a family issue and kept talking on the phone. I understand that sometimes we have personal issues, but I wish I was offered an option of waiting or rescheduling. At one point she was holding her phone right above my exposed private area which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Ps the salon kindly emailed me and apologised. I understand one off issues happen, and I do appreciate the apology.
Unfortunately my experience here was not good. My friend and I were kept waiting for at least 15 minutes for our appt and no explanation was given. Then when our technicians came in mine was still chewing her food. They both spoke in their own language to each other but the lady doing my nails said nothing to me. She made no eye contact or conversation. I didn’t understand where she was asking me to put my hands as she was just pointing to things on the table. I was surprised to find that she did actually speak perfect English a few minutes later when I told her the light was burning, so she was just choosing not to speak. I was happy with the results on the day, but the manicure only just lasted to my wedding (3 days later) before it started peeling from the bottom. I emailed this company asking politely if they would consider removing the gel polish for no cost since I’m having to remove them sooner than I’d like, and I followed this up a day later, but I’ve still had no reply. It also seems dodgy to me that they ask you to pay by bank transfer to one account, which has no reference to Haus of Beauty on it. I wonder how much of that money the nail technicians see? I wouldn’t recommend this place.
Lovely and welcoming salon. Most excellent pedicure. Very pleased with the eyebrows waxing too.
This was my first experience at Haus of Beauty and it definitely won’t be my last. I had an eyebrow wax and tint by Zoe, who was so friendly and went above and beyond to check I was happy with the service. I am so happy with my eyebrows and have definitely found my go-to place.
Exceptional service!!!! Zoey and the team are amazing at their job, they are really attentive to every single detail. I have been coming to the salon for a year now and they impressed me eveytime. The place is cosy, everyone is so friendly and kind, there is also a great selection of colour. I highly recommended Haus of beauty!!!!

I’ve been coming here for years and have always been very happy with the service I get from Hui. Unfortunately he wasn’t in so I had to have Zoe - awful. I asked for French manicure on acrylic with normal polish which I have had a couple of times before - on my appt, she told me they can’t do that anymore. She said “when did Hui last do it?” I said “oh a couple of months ago” and she replied “that’s why” in a rude manner. Then went to payment and was told under £50 was cash only - no where on the door or windows does it say this (taken pictures to prove it). Very disappointing service - unlikely to come back as I pay for a service I expect at a nail salon. Not overly happy with my nails either. See Hui, not Zoe.
