How many staff are needed to run one cafe yet service is still incredibly slow. I only wanted a bacon and sausage toastie but didn't see sausage available on the menu. So opted for a bacon toastie instead. The service is slow as the people who are doing the cooking are the only one's working everyone else is stood around talking even In front of you when you're trying to pay. I got the thinest toastie ever seen and your menu states £5 pound for sandwiches yet you charged me whatever you liked. Also no where In Wirral charges that much for a one item toastie. Quite disappointed about the food the cafe interior is lovely and the community feel is nice. But definitely things to improve for the business.
