Very good service, the lady who did my highlights advised me on the cut and aftercare. The result was fabulous. I’m super happy with the shade and cut. Very reasonably priced as well. I will come again.
Terrible place the biggest liar , i will never visit she is liar promised me one price at £75 and when i paid she charged me £175. I should of seen her reviews before she has done this with other clients too. I asked for a balayage and gave me highlights instead when i questioned she just brushed it off. You can see its not even blended How can someone lie soo much it’s disgusting! Guys pls don’t visit these thief’s!
Terrible customer service and very rude. My first time was an okay experience for this type of low-quality, not-stylish professional salon. However, the second time around, as a returning customer, it was horrible, I received very poor treatment over the phone when calling to say I was late for my appointment. Kami, the owner, was very unprofessional and impolite. Once I arrived, she was so angry and so rude to me, in front of my son, which upset me greatly as I was rushing to get there as quickly as possible. I apologised again for being late and I explained the reason for my tardiness. I asked if it would be best to rebook or to process a refund, as i was so shaken by her attitude but she blanty refused. She was incredibly unkind and mean in her manner and speech. all very unnecessary!
Very friendly, professional and good value for money. Also gave great advice. Will now use on a regular basis, I highly recommend!
I was very hesitant to go to this place to get my makeup done due the reviews. However, when I went I loved the service and the makeup, especially for the price. I don’t understand how many are leaving negative reviews when I had such a good experience as did my friends who went for haircuts.
Amazing service and treatment!! Treated me so warmly and was patient with all my demands when cutting my hair as I have very curly hair which is difficult to cut. I am so satisfied with the end result, would come back again as the prices were good.
The owner of this shop is a scammer and a big liar! She is charging you extra after giving a quote! When we booked an appointment for the wedding, the quote was £95 which we paid when booking the appointment. However, when it comes to the day she charges extra £50 because "she did not know it was for a wedding" although she knew, she insists she did not know that although she offered that the bride would change her dress in the shop. The biggest thief and liar around!
This is small shop but very big costomar services they are people are very polite and lovely.
