   I am extremely disappointed with my experience, but I want to make it clear that my issue is not with the staff or the Salon Academy in Esher. The problem is entirely with the third-party company the salon uses to sell their salon invites. I was pressured into buying a salon invite, and at no point was the refund process properly explained to me. Had I known how complicated and unprofessional the process would be with this external company, I would never have agreed to it. I paid £98 and was told I would receive a £78 refund after disputing an unnecessary £20 administration fee. Instead, I was only refunded £45.99. I have now been waiting over a month for what should have been a simple refund, but the company has given me nothing but delays, poor communication, and incorrect information. Charging an admin fee I disputed and then still failing to refund the correct amount is completely unacceptable. This entire experience has been stressful, time-consuming, and incredibly unprofessional on the part of the company handling the invites — not the Esher salon itself. I would strongly advise caution when dealing with the external company used for these salon invites.

   I am a regular client at Esher Academy Hair Salon, and Sophie always does my hair to an exceptional standard-I'm thrilled every time. The atmosphere is calm and uplifting, making each visit feel like a relaxing spa day. I always leave feeling pampered and beautiful. Holly, who handles the admin side, is fantastic-she's always accommodating and fits my appointments around my schedule with ease. The whole experience is seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

   After nearly ruining my daughters hair with bad haircuts during lockdown I booked her into AccademyHairEsher for her first real haircut in years a few years ago. We were given Emma. We are so pleased Emma was our stylist as my daughter had now been having her haircut for years with her and she’s fantastic. She helped get her fringe back to the actual shape it was meant to be, gives her great cuts and always styles with her amazing French braids to finish. Seeing how creative she is I also booked to have my hair styled- curled with a French braid through the front with Emma and it was wonderful. She is so lovely and sweet as well so anyone - child or adult would be happy in her company!

   This was my first visit and definitely won’t be my last. I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner by Sarah and her team. Sarah gave me great advice and a great hairstyle. It still looked good the next day and days later. Been feeling very low about my hair and how it’s changed, she was very understanding and suggested a product that might help which it did! There was no pressure to buy any of the products but I’m glad I did. For the first time in a very vey long time I’ve felt good about my hair. Very happy and would highly recommend.
