   I went today for waxing, threading, and a hydra facial, and I’m very happy with the experience and relaxed my body . The staff is kind, professional, and very skilled.    Customer service is really bad. I’ve been here a few times & they don’t bother to greet you at all. You walk in and Neeta doesn’t say hello or welcome or smile or anything and she just says “ sit down “. They also try and sell you more things rather than focusing more on the actual service I booked for first. I also noticed she was on the phone and computer before me & she didn’t clean her hands before touching my face. The treatments that I got done were ok but for sure could’ve been better , my eyebrow was cut too much in the front.

   My favourite sanctuary for pampering welcoming and friendly. Normally go for my threading and waxing monthly with Neeta and Mauru. But recently I had a manicure and shellac with Vanessa great service and choice of colours stations are cleaned thoroughly between appointments. Yesterday I had my first facial with Mauru a wonderful experience 30 minutes well spent so much so I have booked to go for an hour facial in a month. Try it out for yourself you won't be disappointed.
