Hair and makeup was booked almost a month in advance, which was also confirmed she seemed confused. 3 days before the wedding I called her again to confirm the booking to which she she'd check her diary to which I was also shocked at since it's been a month. She did not call me back- I then myself called her again to ask if she had checked to which she confirmed. 1 day before the wedding she texted me saying she cannot come as she is unwell, she did not care to offer me any apology. Baring in mind it is wedding season and it is impossible to find makeup artist as everyone is fully booked. She then said that I am a rude customer when clearly she left me worried and disappointed. This was the first time I ever considered to have my makeup done as it was my sister in- laws wedding. It was the worst experience. She continued to ignore my calls and WhatsApp messages even though she was clearly online. I would not recommend her due to her lack of professionalism and lack of customer understanding/empathy. She's not a reliable makeup artist.
It’s the best Salon to visit in Southall. Lovely the Owner she is very approachable she has done my makeup and I have got so many compliments. My eyebrows are tricky and I have been to so many places before but Aman she has magic in her hands she is one of the best girl to ask for threading and also for hairstyling. In order to avoid long queues it’s best to book your appointment as I mentioned Lovely is approachable and she herself reply to all of your queries within no time.
I regularly visit make it lovely for 6 years now. The staff is very professional and greet you with a friendly smile no matter how busy they are. Going there always turns out as a therapy. Best place for eyebrows. I normally don’t like my makeup done by anyone else but the look I wanted was natural and was delivered. The makeup is done so quickly I couldn’t believe it was done already. Blow dry is perfect every time. They always try to fit me in for an appointment. They treat regular customers with same attitude like new ones.
