Came in today to see Natalie for full head of highlights and I’m obsessed with the outcome from the first go! Natalie was so kind and friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout my whole appointment. All staff were friendly and chatty towards me! Would recommend to anyone!!
Louise and all the staff in Heaven Scent are lovely & friendly. They make sure they listen to exactly what you want and give the best advice on how to achieve it. Everything used in the salon is great standard and I absolutely love having my hair done here!

I phoned up out of courtesy to say I was running 5-10 mins late to my appt as my childcare was stuck in traffic, they quite rudely told me not to bother coming in then. I have recommended this place to several friends over the years and one by one we have all stopped going, the quality of service has dropped while prices have gone up to match the big chain hairdressers, I won’t be going back now either, I do realise that being late has a knock on effect but they had cancelled my appt a week before with only a few hours notice due to staff being off sick too and yet spoke to me like that for being 5 mins late, it’s just not professional.
I came 10 minutes late for my appointment and Thank God, Vicky was still able to see me. She gave me such good advice about my face shape, hair quality, what style would suit me, advised me about the right haircut that would suit my hair texture when it’s wet or dry. I actually felt like she listened to what I needed and didn’t just do what I tell her. Made me feel heard, this woman. Vicky was just so nice and sweet, and cut my hair perfectly. It feels so light and cute. This was my first hair cutting experience in the UK and I’m glad I chose Heaven Scent for it. Also, the ambiance is perfect because the music wasn’t heavy and it was easier to speak. Overall, a wonderful experience!
This is our second time getting our hair cut here and definitely not the last! Craig is so lovely and attentive, and his haircuts always look awesome. My sister especially got quite a complex cut, and he did an excellent job! All the staff are very friendly, and the atmosphere was chilled. All in all a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. So glad to have found this place :))
