   I honestly can’t recommend this salon enough. Everyone here is so talented and welcoming, and I always feel comfortable from the moment I walk in. My brows are always done beautifully.. Ruksha is the one.!!! amazing of what she does so dedicated and it’s such a nice treat every time I visit. Thank you to the whole team especially to Ruksha for consistently making me feel great!!!

   I have been going to simplicity for many years. I use them for waxing and threading. All the ladies are so friendly and make me feel so welcome including the lovely lady on reception. Would never go anywhere else. Thank you ❤️

   Sadly today I had a bad experience at Simplicity. I am always a very kind and understanding customer. I called to ask if there is any space for eyebrow waxing and I was told I can come and walk in because they have time to do the treatment. I arrived and the lady told me it’s possible and to take a seat on the treatment chair. After waiting for about 10 minutes, she comes to me and says that they cannot do it anymore and asked me if I can come back in 30-40 minutes. I told her I will go elsewhere. Please ensure that if you invite a customer to sit down on the treatment chair and say you have space, don’t come back and inform the customer to return in 30-40 minutes. Say from the beginning that it is not possible. I do not recommend and will not return despite having been there a few times. This is the first time I was turned around.

   I got this pedicure done last week, but I was in such a rush because of work that I couldn’t properly check it. When I got home, I was shocked. The service was absolutely not worth the money I paid. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, and I definitely won’t be coming back.

   I am so happy that I found Simplicity as my local beauty salon! I have used them for my nails, massage and facials over the last year. I started with their Hydrafacial offer as I was struggling with congested skin and am now having regular Dermalogica facials with Hannah. Hannah is fab and has helped clear up my skin and make it look bright and radiant. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now as I trust Hannah’s skills and recommendations.

   Went in for HD eyebrows for my very sparse eyebrows. Treatment involved waxing and threading of already sparse eyebrows and told "its part of the treatment". Some tint and eyebrow pencil was applied to my now even thinner eyebrows. Once home my my left eyebrow which was shorter than my right is dark but still short and looks awful. I did point this out to the therapist and was told it had to do with my eyebrow alignment near my eye. I would like a refund of the £36 pounds I paid but I do know that will not restore my brows. I wish I never went there today. I will live by the saying "you get what you pay for". I will be going to a proper aesthetician clinic to repair this damage. I would recommend for those who want to shape already healthy bushy brows. I also cant help but question if fmy dark skin was an issue for the therapist...
