This was my first time coming here for a mani and pedicure. The manicure was ok but took 1hour and 30 mins for a basic colour and chrome (with removal before) which I thought was very long. Then for my pedicure, (I have sensitive feet but Ive had loads of pedicures before) it actually hurt a lot. I kept insisting to not go over and over certain areas but the lady did and insisted that she had to (I didnt think the pain was normal and I was tense all the time). And then to remove the hard skin she used a drill and was way too rough where I got burnt 3 times. I was trying to go along with it thinking my nails would be ok after and that she would finish sooner than later. When I got home I got a better look at my toes and I have cuts and one of my toes is a bit inflamed after hours. I paid around £150 and Im very disappointed as the staff was really nice but Ive never had such a bad experience with a pedicure in my life (and it wasn't cheap!) On top of that, the pedicure chairs were really high up and uncomfortable. You have to balance your feet up on a kind of stall. Ive never seen anything like it.

Been coming here for over a year and the team has helped solved my fungal nail problem. Julia, Olga, Anna Marie and Marcia has made this service very good and treat their customers with the most care.

I’ve been coming to Pedicure Proline for six months. I come every 4-6 weeks for a medical pedicure. I’ve only ever had Marcia provide me any treatments - Marcia is gentle and lovely, and very diligent. It’s obvious the other technicians are too! Marcia and the whole team are so welcoming and warm. Highly recommend Pedicure Proline!

The staff and manager were polite and friendly, but the service felt rushed. With only 45 minutes each for my pedicure and manicure with shellac, the results weren’t as good as I’d expect—dry skin remained on my feet, and the polish on both hands and feet was uneven with some areas missed. It seemed the team was under time pressure, which affected the quality. They kindly offered to redo it, but removing fresh shellac could damage my nails, so I declined. I hope they can allow more time in future for better results. PS: Thank you for your reply. I’d like to clarify a few points so there’s no misunderstanding. The medication you mentioned was for another family member—I have no issues with my skin or nails. My comment about dryness was only about the pedicure process, as the dry skin on my feet wasn’t fully removed, not about any skin condition. My nails weren’t damaged, and no one has mentioned this during appointment, but I chose to decline the free redo because removing fresh shellac so soon could have caused damage. I accept that the colour choice was mine, but my main concern was that the application felt rushed, which affected the overall finish. I understand you must take care of your business, but it's quite harsh to "shame" me for my honest review. As when I got home I noticed many imperfections. Also, I used to get fantastic nails work at other places, so I can compare.

First time visitor and really impressed with the quality of the pedicure. I have a lot of dry/hard skin and they were very focussed on getting as much of it off as possible as gently as possible. Also did gel pedicure, which is one of the best polish jobs I've had in a very long time. Staff were all very attentive and welcoming as well. Will definitely be back.
