   Avy’s hair and beauty is the absolute in hair styling and beauty services. Avy herself is so sweet , she made me feel comfortable on my first visit itself . My hair highlights was a jaw dropping success, she worked and achieved on the colour I wished for . An amazing experience, welcoming environment, lovely staff , Lisa and Naz not forgetting Avy so professional and down to earth.

   Awful experience! Took my 11 years old girl for layered haircut and was told off by the hair stylist that she’s too young to have them.. washed hair without conditioner for hardly 5 minutes. She went on to do a simple same length cut like she wanted and not what the customer requested. I asked for curly blowdry, she used a hair straightener to do the curls that didn’t even last after few hours. I booked through Treatwell kids restyle £24 but I was told to pay £38.. for literally a trim that was done in less than 30 minutes. I was a loyal customer for over 3 years and always preferred Avy’s for my haircut and my daughters but not anymore after such a terrible service.

   I had a wash, cut and blowdry today at Avy’s. It was my first time going there and I had a great experience. I have very long and thick hair, which gets quite knotty, even after just being brushed, but I didn’t experience any pain whilst having my hair done here (which I have before at other salons). Chelsea did my hair and I’m so pleased with how it looks and feels. She was also lovely to talk to throughout my appointment. I would definitely recommend using this salon.

   I am shocked by the level of customer service given to a family member who recently visited your salon. Please can you explain how you can charge a 15 year old teenager nearly £30 to have less than 1 inch of hair cut ( the hair was not even washed ) I thought having a business you would want to keep customers happy rather than losing then, you even had the audacity to threaten call the police. My daughter was very upset .For your information you have a duty to display what your charges are to the consumer I am pleased to say your salon will not be visited by any of my family members in the future. I suggest you take course in customer service on how to treat your Customers.

   Just had a pedicure by Naz and it was brilliant. Feel like I'm walking on clouds now. I felt very accommodated especially being a man. Will definitely be coming back. Everyone there is lovely!

   Amazing service. Lovely staff. Chelsea coloured and cut my hair and she is brilliant. Naz did silly my eyebrows and she is amazing as well. The receptionist was lovely as well. Will definitely go back.
